DD Saturday ~ What's your plan?
 
B: Black coffee
L: Either a Quest bar (170) or chili (210)
D: Seared ahi and miso soup (170ish)

Keira requested sushi for dinner, at our favorite sushi place, so I'm choosing the lowest calorie options I can find. This place has amazing seared ahi, but serves it with this crazy good sauce that I'll have to avoid. The things we do for our children's birthdays! :laugh:

B-Bullet Proof coffee (have to figure out the calories)
L-celery and cucumbers left over from a veggie platter (only if i'm hungry)
D-Salad with a hard boiled egg

I was craving eggs yesterday...dont' know why. I ended up eating 4 eggs for lunch (made into deviled eggs). I craved weird things yesterday probably because of TOM :p . I was only up .2 this morning!

Ok I have to ask Dawn. Do you carry around a can of chili in your purse?
I do wonder how u always have chili?
Do you go by Wendy's every day on your scooter before work?
And planes, would you be packing chili on a plane trip?
And does it have to be Wendy's, smile.
I'll do plan to try w. chili someday. If there's any left. Smile

;) Ei, I know where every single Wendy's is in my city. I don't carry it around with me, but if I'm going to be out around lunch time, I DO throw my bottle of habanero sauce into my purse. :o

Changed rotations, so today is DD for me :)

Tuna/blue cheese/relish (180)
some kind of soup/broth to equal about (180) or less

MD for me so trying to save most of my calories for dinner. DH requested pasta with meat sauce. I can do that. As long as I eat almost nothing till then.

B- nope
L- 100 cals of cottage cheese
D- pasta and meat sauce, salad, WW ice cream bar (1000 cals)

2:00 Vanilla protein shake w/ 1 tbsp. SF pistachio pudding
6:00 2 sl. turkey bacon, 1 LF cheese stick, lettuce, broth

500 Max. @ 152 lbs.

I've had 2 cups of coffee, but each was dumped half way through...so counting 15 ea. (30)

Wendy's chili (210) :D

1 square of chocolate (28)

subtotal = 268

Haven't decided on dinner...eggs, bacon, maybe

Irrationally hungry now, after just eating chili. side effect of DD, knowing I have a calorie limit. :(

Still undecided. Had a shattering work meeting (online + phone) and to be honest I am too angry to eat right now. [and as soon as I typed that, my stomach growled at me]

Looks like I do need a plan...

Maybe spuds. Maybe broth/egg drop soup. Definitely more fluids, have only managed 1/2 a mug of tea so far.
