I'm pretty sure he was fighting flu and a neck injury in the last few weeks.

Yes Dawn is correct, but getting back to normality.

still working out even with the neck, as when working out is the only time it feels good?

With the issues I gained 13.5 lb, but already lost 12 of that with one rotation, one 400 kcal DD and one controlled UD, 2nd DD today, and tomorrow I expect to be back to 196.

Interestingly at 209.5 my shoulders and arms had filled out? perhaps I need to be 210? which interestingly if you go back to my original posts in september, was my plan! Am I becoming obsessed and need to let it go a bit...

Who knows, for now I would just like to not have a sore neck :-(

Good luck with your neck. Neck injuries are the worst!

My DH is 6'3" and FWIW, the lowest he's EVER been is 220 I think he said (before I knew him) and he said he looked gaunt at that weight.

Were Rooting for your neck to recover! Great job working out still while injured.. you have alot of motavation! I am still recovering from the flu and have yet to start back with my work out routine.. perhpas i should just suck it up and get back to something rather than nothing!
