Yes Dawn is correct, but getting back to normality.
still working out even with the neck, as when working out is the only time it feels good? With the issues I gained 13.5 lb, but already lost 12 of that with one rotation, one 400 kcal DD and one controlled UD, 2nd DD today, and tomorrow I expect to be back to 196. Interestingly at 209.5 my shoulders and arms had filled out? perhaps I need to be 210? which interestingly if you go back to my original posts in september, was my plan! Am I becoming obsessed and need to let it go a bit... Who knows, for now I would just like to not have a sore neck :-(

Good luck with your neck. Neck injuries are the worst!My DH is 6'3" and FWIW, the lowest he's EVER been is 220 I think he said (before I knew him) and he said he looked gaunt at that weight. |

Were Rooting for your neck to recover! Great job working out still while injured.. you have alot of motavation! I am still recovering from the flu and have yet to start back with my work out routine.. perhpas i should just suck it up and get back to something rather than nothing! |
