Linda! So good to see you again. You were one of those instrumental in my successful JUDDD journey as well. Good to hear your mom is doing well. And Congrats! on your marriage.

You know what to do, and when you are ready, you will begin. You'll be back where you want to be in no time.

WOE: LC..My "Don't Have To Think Because It's Simple"!
Well, my friends I needed to update this thread to let you know how it's going with me coming back to JUDDD.

It's not going! After the 3rd DD I started binging again on the following UD and just couldn't stop eating. I started JUDDD again on Dec 26th and on January 1st I just lost control.

I then decided to go back to LC during the week and allowing myself to eat a little higher carbs for Saturday and Sunday. So far so good and I'm down 2 pound this week.

I really loved the simplicity of JUDDD but the binging trigger it brings to the surface is just not going to allow me to do this wonderful WOE right now. It's such a shame because JUDDD worked so well for me, too!

I wish all you JUDDD BUDDD wonderful success and I will be checking out the JUDDD forum when I can to see how you all are doing!

Beeb, I am so sorry that things are not going as smoothly as you had planned. You helped me with your posts to find JUDDD in the past and it was the right time for me to find it. Maybe the timing isn't quite right at this time for you and you need to do LC for a bit first. Was that what worked for you to start before?

LC should get you stabilized. Then, if you wish, you can incorporate JUDDD's eating pattern. The important thing is you be healthy and happy!!!

Linda, you should have come here. You know how good we are at talking people down from the edge, we learned that from you.

Do whatever you need to right now, you know that better than anyone. But we wish you were here!

You were one of the main JBs that helped me discove how forgiving and healing juddd is. I hope you will soon find that you can return. Do take care of yourself!

I'm going to stick around and help if I can. LC is helping so much right now, and that is what is needed at the moment.

I haven't given up on JUDDD, still love the plan, just not for me right now. BUT I'll be here is I can help...just give a yell!

Yay!

LC is a great way to eat and it is a lifesaver. I haven't had binge issues for years but it can be so frightening. You are right to take control of that before all else.
