Thanks for the encouragement... I packed away the red capris... LOL I love them! baggy and all!! Would be interested in seeing how they fit next year, as that would be a great accomplishment if they still pull on and off without zipping... maintenance has never been easy for me, even with confidence in JUDDD - I know myself so well!

I found another wrap dress today in a solid dark turquoise color that fits perfectly. It's a size 12. I've gotten pretty good at eyeing clothes and knowing whether they will fit. It was a bit pricier than I've been buying. A whopping 8 bucks! I'm not sure if what I've been paying for my clothes lately is a greater NSV than the sizes.

I also found 3-4 dresses that I loved, and that were great quality brand names, but they were all smalls, and size 6's. I wish I'd just bought them, but it seemed too far down the road to buy them. Too late now, probably, because this was a woman I don't see at the flea market often.

Next time, pick them up, LG!!! You will be in them soon enough girl!!!!

I just came over to say that up until now, I truly haven't realized how much weight I've really lost. It just doesn't seem like that much. I feel like the same person and I don't understand people's reactions sometimes. Well, I've been editing pictures this weekend from our crazy birthday/homecoming activities and came across my oldest son's pictures from last year. I literally gasped when I saw them, the difference is so obvious. Interestingly enough, I still feel sick to my stomach, too. Wow. If I knew how to merge pictures, I'd plop it next to the ones from yesterday for you all. I sure do feel like a different person after seeing that!

You extravagant woman Cindy, $8.00, whatever next! It does sound lovely, I adore all those turquoise, teal, kingfisher colours.

You know Melinda, I too am so often surprised still by older photos. You have done an amazing job, we await the photo eagerly.

Nice finds Cindy! You find the best deals! I need to go shopping with you!

Melinda, you've lost sixty-some-odd pounds right? That's huge, especially on a shorty like you! I'd love to see those pics too. You look so petite and cute, I can't imagine you heavier.

I'm contemplating posting a before/during shot on here. I have to search out a before - there aren't a whole lot of them in existence!

I don't know...I'm still recovering from seeing the photos myself. DH kept asking me if I was ok. LOL! Seriously, my stomach was sick the rest of the night. I don't think I realized how horrible I felt about myself until my eyes saw those pictures. Dang. Maybe I will post some for my 1 year anni. It would feel weird having them out there, though.

Cindy, wtg on the awesome flea market find! Consider posting a picture as we would all love to see it.

Melinda, you have had an amazing year. It is so rewarding when we can visually see how dramatic the difference is. I am over the moon delighted that you are in such a good place now. We often don't realize how bad we feel emotionally when we are carrying around all of that extra weight. Please find your pictures, and post them. I often go and look at Dawn's, Adi's, Carly's and others before and after pictures. It never ever fails to inspire me, lift my spirits and show me what's possible with dedication and JUDDD.

A good friend of mine one went as the Holy Ghost, white jeans and tee shirt with a few strategic holes cut into them. Got some laughs.

Sounds like fun, Dawn! Can't wait to see the pics!

I had a fun NSV last night and want to share it. I went to a retreat last weekend and this weekend was our follow up get-together. It was held at the church that we attended before moving about an hour away, so we had not been back to this church for about a year. It's got a big congregation so it is sort of easy to get lost there. Well, the first part of the evening was a pot luck supper. We spotted several people that we knew previously, and re-introduced ourselves. I always prefaced it with, "I am not sure you remember me..." and they always said they did, with a sort of blank look. After supper we went into the sanctuary and near the end of the service new attendees stood up and discussed their retreat. Only after getting up and telling both my name and church history did the light come on....people actually did not recognize me! The lay leader said, "Wow, you look GREAT!!!" and was much friendlier, as she finally figured out who I was. LOL!!! I guess being 65 pounds down makes more of a difference than I thought.

Congrats, Kimmie on being skinny enough to be unrecognizable. I have had something similar happen myself with a coach/school teacher of my kids.

I wanted to share a quick NSV from vacation. We are at a timeshare right now and the white hotel towels wrap around my waist with even a few inches overlap. The last time we went away for a long weekend this summer it was almost there. But, this time I could actually tie it and wear it both around my chest and my waist! I can't even remember the last time I was able to do that! Early tomorrow morning we are heading out of the country and will be without internet until probably Friday unless we find a free wi-fi hotspot. Later, JUDDD Buds!!
