Okay, I'm 31.5/37 and I get 34D, which is what I figured I am, but I can't find any 34Ds that work.

I couldn't either, but it was the band size that was uber tight. the cup size seemed ok. Have you tried a "sister" size? Which part isn't fitting you correctly?

ETA: I had the best luck with vanity fair bras!! (after trying every type/brand known to mankind!)

The band is fine, but the cup is too small. It's hard even to find that size band/cup. I'm partial to Lilyette t-shirt bras, which are full coverage. I looked for 34 DD to try but couldn't find any.

I had the best NSV ever today, thanks to JUDDD! I realized that I can't really remember the last time I felt fat. And that is HUGE for me. Of course I know I'm not fat and I haven't been for a long time (yes, once upon a time I was obese). But we all know that "I feel fat" feeling. And it can happen whether you weigh 100 pounds or 700 pounds. But somehow, the thought hasn't crossed my mind in weeks. And I don't think it has anything to do with my weight. I feel great about myself because I'm proud of my eating and exercise habits. Yay! Do I have flab to lose? Heck, yes I do! I don't look good naked. BUT, I don't feel fat. Amen and hallelujah! THANK YOU JUDDD!!!!!!

Love that one, Amy. Since I've been trying to get more protein, I feel less fat. There's something to it, knowing you're making good choices.

You guys are so awesome!

I've felt a bit down, not having any NSVs (or any SVs either) for a long time...

I have one today!

My hands have been getting numb lately-- I know this is just due to bloating up, but if I didn't get on track, it wasn't going to go away.

well, in the midst of my current tummy troubles (I think I'm getting better... hoping to eat real food one day soon!)-- I noticed my hands haven't been numb in a couple days!

woo! I've lost enough water at least... hoping this is a sign of an ongoing downward trend!

A random woman stopped me on the street yesterday to tell me she loves my hair. I recently dyed it red and thought maybe it was too much, especially with it as short as it is. It surprised me to get a compliment from a stranger, and then made me remember how invisible I used to be.

I tried on a bunch of 34Ds at JCP & Macy's! Did you check there? I did see some 34DDs as well there!

AWESOME!!!! I think I am getting there myself. It's so psychological once you've lost the weight...sometimes hard to "grasp" & feel like a thinner person. Good for you!!!

Oooh, I used to get tingly fingers a lot when heavier. I know the feeling! So happy you've lost that numb stuff!!! I sure hope you feel better today, too. You've been sick too long girl!!

Pictures??? I wanna see! The invisible thing is really weird when you come out of the other side. I'm not used to the attention, it's a bit awkward. This morning I walked Jenna to the end of our driveway for the bus. I'm out in my yucky bedhead hair with my baggier jeans & a tee when a sweet neighbor I haven't seen since spring came over and said, "You have slimmed down so much. I keep looking over and thinking you are your daughter!" Ah, I have a few decades on her, I don't think so! Funny, though...and again, a bit weird feeling. My head thinks people are blind.

I never associated the tiny tingle/numbness I would have on the tips of my fingers with extra weight or bloating, but now that you mention it, I haven't had that for months! That's a great one Soren! Isn't it nuts how we realize we're feeling more "normal" after losing a bit? I'm so glad you're feeling better and my hope for you is real food real soon!

I looked at Penney's, Kohl's, and Target. Didn't make it to Macy's. Honestly though, I hate bra shopping and if I don't find something in the first 15 minutes, I give up.

Re: Picture of the new hair color. I'm at work, but will try to take a selfie if nobody's around at any point during the day. If I do, I'll post it.

DO IT! DO IT!

Re: bra shopping, I totally know what you mean. It's annoying! I ordered some from Kohls that just arrived today. now I'm thinking the new bras don't really fit right, either. I think I'm just deformed! at this point, I'm wearing them anyways! I don't care anymore!

Girl! You were "tiny" before you started JUDDD!

All this talk about bra shopping & sizing has me really confused! Especially after "inheriting" my daughter's bras...
I plugged in my numbers to Flutter's calculator, and I get a 34DD!!! Honestly, I would SWIM in that size!
It totally depends on the brand... although not by that much! I have always been a B-cup until I gained weight... then moved to a C... I have been looking forward to moving back down to the B...

You asked for it, you got it!

The restroom here is very dim, so I took a regular shot in the mirror and then one of just the hair directly under the light. I'd say the actual color is somewhere in between the two shades as one's in low light and one's in bright light.

You look absolutely amazing Dawn. I am the only one who can see the shadow of wonderful long eyelashes behind your spectacles.

Loving the NSVs, interesting how our whole bodies appreciate being lighter.

So I'm at a party Saturday with a bunch of people who I haven't seen in months when my roommate who is also heavy herself shouts "What's wrong with all of you? Lisa's lost 40 pounds and too many inches to count. Didn't any of you skinny witches (so not the word) notice?"

I was cracking up. She's been so awesome and encouraging throughout all of this and recently started back on the WW plan. The funny thing was that this was the first occasion with friends, two of my best friends in attendance, that I actually didn't care if people noticed. I had just come back from shopping and I was feeling confident. I didn't need or want the attention, but her pointing out how closed off people can sometimes be to weight loss when almost everyone in the room is a natural size 0 (so not a size) was fan-friggin-tastic. I'm still smiling just thinking about how great I felt walking into that party in my smaller size jeans that no one but me knew about.

Lisa, I love your roommate! What a wonderful friend! I have to know - what was everyone's reaction to that? Did they finally open up with the comments?

The best thing is your increased confidence though. Comments from others are fun, but we certainly can't count on them to prove to ourselves we are getting smaller. Sometimes they will say something, and sometimes they won't. But we know when we are wearing a smaller size, or feeling slimmer.

And by the way.....CONGRATULATIONS on losing 40 pounds! You are Wonderwoman!!!
