The "new" lady! I'll bet you seem new not only being smaller, but also in attitude and confidence. Wonderful!

Well, it's definitely inconvenient for the moment, but OMGosh, that's wonderful! I hope you get something really pretty that makes you feel beautiful.

Right on! Out with the XL, in with the M!

Several years ago I joined Curves and did the circuit workout 3 or 4 times a week. I enjoyed it, but got bored with it and quit. So I've been seeing their commercials on TV all this time, and when I was heavier thought maybe that would be a good option for me on down the road, but was pretty sure they wouldn't take me at my higher weights, for insurance reasons. This morning I saw one of their commercials and had that knee-jerk reaction "they won't take me" feeling. Then I realized that they most certainly would take me at my current weight!

Funny thing is, I don't really want to join now! It's more of a theoretical NSV. I'm thinking of starting an early morning walking program when the weather cools down (it can be 100 or so even in the earliest morning here during the long summer), so I don't need to spend money on Curves.

But I could if I wanted to!

Aww LCG the walking plan sounds great.

I remember in HS I was trying to get my Mom into exercising and we both hated curves. She quit exercising all together, but I moved on to a local gym. Yesterday, we were actually talking about Curves and both of us mentioned how boring it was.

So kudos to you for knowing that of course they'd accept you at your weight now, but defintely go with what makes you happy.

I had an unexpected NSV just now. DW and I were doing the laundry and I said "Who's tiny little shirt is that?" Oh, it was my tiny little shirt, followed by a tiny little dress. However, I look at the size of those clothes and don't "see" how I could fit in them, but clearly I do since I was wearing both items at work this week.

Sometimes when I do laundry, I have to think about which undies are mine and which are Keira's. That's a really weird thing to have to think about. It may be time to invest in some sexy panties just so I don't have to think when I sort.

DW and I used to wear the same size so it was really hard to tell whose were whose. I wear hi-cut and she wears briefs, but the same brand so we had to inspect each pair and every week we always wound up with at least 1 or 2 wrong pairs, but now the size difference between 10 and 6 makes it pretty clear whose underware it is.

I say you get some sexy ones! Keira is probably too old for the Disney Princess ones

Good excuse to visit Victoria's. I would have to hide when I undress unless I wanted to be pounced by bf every time.

I guess you get what you wish for, Kissa. I wished for someone who was more "physical" and boy did I get it.

Ok on to the next NSV. Who's next?

I was rinsing dishes in the sink after dinner last night, and almost lost my wedding ring(s) down the garbage disposal!!!

These are my "fat" rings... DH and I bought a less expensive set for both of us when we gained too much weight to wear our original wedding rings. I think my original is still too small at this point, but I'm getting closer!!! In the meantime, I better be careful about waving my hands around!

Woohoo! Watch out for those rings. Last winter I had to find smaller 'dress' rings to wear over my good rings, to keep them from slipping off.

YES Scarlett!!! Do be careful with the rings!!! I had been wearing my diamond anniversary band alone because it was bigger than my engagement ring. Now I often try to wear my engagement ring on top of the anni ring just to keep the anni ring on my finger! Woohooo for you gf!!!!

I did exactly what Cindy did. I got a smaller ring to hold down my engagement ring and wedding band. I had way too many close calls

Nothing like being able to wear your rings again!!! I couldn't even stand to have rings on my fingers 30 lbs ago. My fingers would sweat and swell and it was uncomfortable. A very good NSV, Scarlett!

DH and I were going to get our rings tattooed in April, but we didn't get around to it. We're still trying to decide what we want. Neither of us can wear our "real" rings anymore and have no idea when we'll be done losing, so we don't want to resize them just yet.

Hooray for loose rings!!! But, like Scarlett said, watch out waving your hands around!

And, I've done the same thing when folding or hanging some of my new clothes!! I can't believe they're mine!! Yesterday, I bought a new pair of sexy panties & bra to wear with a dress to the Captain's dinner on board the ship when we go on our cruise. When I went to try them on at home, I realized that I bought a size smaller than I've been wearing.......and they fit!!! It's the size I've worn most of my life until I got fat!!! I did a "fashion show" of sorts for my DH last night! (TMI??)

I also bought a new swim suit last week! DH didn't like the top.....he said it made my tummy look bigger. So, yesterday, I bought a different top and a 1 piece swimsuit. He loved the new top & didn't like the 1 piece! So, I get to wear a 2 piece(not a bikini!) on vacation for the first time...in like.....forever!!!!

Well, I went to go buy new undies today. I was at a very low priced store so i figured id get a good deal. The rack did NOT have any size 5s. Thats the size i wear now but they only had bigger sizes...being smaller did not pay off today lol
