Great job on getting into a 6!!!
We went out for easter dinner and my mom kept saying how skinny i looked. I am nowhere near skinny but my legs do look thinner. After a while it got annoying...i wanted to show my mom some fat rolls to prove i was not skinny lolol

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
1) DH and I are renewing our vows at the end of the month (many of you already know this), but we ordered matching Hawaiian shirts and a dress in the same material for Keira. We're doing the cheesy Elvis Blue Hawaii thing in Vegas. So anyway, we got our order yesterday. I ordered a women's large. It's a little short, but actually very roomy. I definitely could have gone with a medium, if I weren't so darned tall.

2) We're going on a cruise to Mexico in July. I'm actually thinking of buying shorts and tank tops. I haven't worn shorts or tank tops in probably 15 years (at least not in public).

For once being tall is working against you, lol. I am sure you will have the best time in Vegas.

And a cruise, how lovely. Definitely shorts and tanks.

You guys are going to look so great, Dawn, in your matching outfits. I somehow picture you with a bright tank under your shirt, and it belted or tied! And you must wear tanks and shorts on your cruise! You'll look smashing!

You and I both! I own some, but won't even put them on. I don't know why I ever had them in the first place at this size. Actually, I take that back, I just ordered some in a smaller size that I am looking forward to wearing by summers end this year. Summer lasts until about October here so I think I can do it!

It seems like I have to lose so much just to move down 1 pant size, so it is nice to be able to fit into old stuff again.

I am the same way with shorts!! Love my capri's..

Not sure it's a NSV but I had NO diet soda today. Not really by design I was just pushing tea and lemon water all day but I can't remember a day in years when I didn't drink diet soda. I know it's bad for me but I do lean on it when I have to give up so much else.

Found jeans today that fit...now the baggy-butt jeans can go into the recycle bag. I was going to wait for another five or ten pounds, but saw these and bought 'em...so now I'm good for another 15-20 pound loss. (and even a pair of pedal-pushers...)

Ok - I was craving chocolate today on my UD but didn't want to blow my calories for the day. I was able to take out and STOP with 6 dark chocolate Robin's eggs. Love them and they only have them around Easter. 15 cals each. 90 cal snack.. That's right. 90 cals of chocolate, not 900. Who would have thought?

Congratulations everyone on your smaller sizes!!
I have 2, kinda related.
I had yet another CE last night, again on a bloody DD! I wear the same outfit for my CEs, because its easy and its been fun watching me shrink in the same outfit. The pants are buttonable without any effort, I can actually button the shirt the entire way up instead of just wearing it over a tank (although I still wear the tank under it).
For yesterday's DD I fasted all day and figured I'd be picky about what I ate at dinner. It ended up being a buffet which made it easier to stick with a plain salad, veggies, only a small piece of beef and some fish, no dessert. I was pretty pleased that the dinner meeting didn't derail my DD. And I was rewarded with a nice whoosh this morning (which technically is no longer an NSV but it validates the NSV)!

Congratulations, everyone..you've had some great success..my ns victory was at my Dr. appt. yesterday...I'd lost 4 lbs since last visit..a little over 3 weeks ago..and I'm only on bp meds, but bp is coming down well...I have a very nice Dr, and he gave me a hug and said...You are doing So Well...so..I can't forget to mention that since last week my pain level seems to have gone down quite a bit...when I look back and compare it to one month ago..I'm very pleased..I just watched a Michael Mosley video on PBS where he did the 5:2 fasting and saw his blood work improve a lot...there really seems to be something very helpful about IMF...I am so thankful I found it..it may sound strange sometimes because I don't explain myself well, but I am making the kind of progress that I would have never dreamed possible if I didn't see it for myself..the other thing that has bothered me so much about my health is that I don't want to have to deal with alzheimer's...my mom had it and it's heartbreaking...IMF also holds out a lot of hope for avoiding that dreaded disease for many years...so, it's just my opinion, but..IMF will probably help people avoid a lot of things that we don't want to have to deal with in our later years...losing weight is wonderful, but saving ourselves from heart trouble..cancer, and other things as bad..is worth more than anything to me..I'm going to appreciate this great discovery,.

You know, this has got to be one of the best ones yet. I know from your posts how much pain you have experienced. You never complain and are very low key about it, but I know it affects your life. I'm just so glad to hear you are gaining good health and having some reduction in the pain!

Now that is something to be thrilled about! I am, like you, so incredibly thankful for the health benefits that we experience from this WOL. Yes, the weight loss is wonderful, for sure, but the real gems in the equation are the awesome other benefits that you've highlighted! You go, girl!!! This is simply wonderful news!!!

for all of our amazing JB's!

you guys are ROCKING with all your really huge important NSV's!!!!

today, I'm just happy to be wearing control-top leggings (from costco) that came in XL only. When I first bought them, I was like b/c they did NOT fit, I thought I couldn't breathe if I ever wore them.

Then, they got better, woo. Today? I was like, slip them right on, and oh? are these control top? huh, hardly notice, just feel like these are, you know, leggings.

90 not 900, oh yes, I'll have some of that.

Yay Yennie, nice fit, nice control and nice reward! How is that?

Seriously, this is a great NSV. (Also I wish I had your Doctor) We have to value the health benefits this gives us. Like you I want to avoid the dementia problems if I possibly can and this does seem to offer hope.

Just so many reasons to love this plan.

Soren time to buy even tighter leggings!

Oh yes, it is a real blessing just to have hope of avoiding some of those dreaded mental issues...that problem is growing so fast in the US, and Drs. here don't really have a medical answer...I do believe that IMF is going to be that answer for some people...when you can see your blood numbers improve so much, in a few months,..then I am willing to be a guniea pig, doesn't scare me at all..I personally know that synthetic drugs are not the answer for most of the big health problems we have...so hang in there all you nice Budds...it's going to pay off for you, and you can do it..we can do it.
