Up Day - Monday, Plan?
 
B - 2 eggs, toast cheese
S - protein granola bar
L - cauliflower casserole
D- probably burger / fries

Goal, have a very managable Up Day!

B - 2 x clementine
L - Chicken fettuccine Alfredo + garlic bread
D - Porridge with full fat milk, cinnamon and brown sugar
S - Handful of mixed nuts & chocolate brownie (or two) & cup of hot cocoa before bed

Goal - not go over 2000 calories!! & complete my YAYOG program!

B: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, 2 cups coffee (420)
L: ? I brought a Quest bar, but may feel like something else
D: ? DH is enjoying cooking again, even though he's eating very little, so whatever he plans. :D

Lunch was Panda Express. I had mixed veggie bowl with Shanghai Angus beef (290), and a fortune cookie (32)

I was hungry again a little while ago, so I had my Quest bar (170)

Dinner's going to be KFC, then I'm making rum balls. ;)

Not much healthy today, though I made pretty decent choices considering I am eating out all 3 meals, but boy is it a fun food day!

Plan? Was there a plan I was supposed to follow?:hyst: I have eaten way too much sweets today and couldn't rein it in. To make matters worse, they were leftovers from last week (at work), and not even fresh. But I finished everything off. :D Last count I was up to 1900, and that was a conservative estimate.
