DD Monday
b: coffee and a peter rabbit organics strawberry banana pouch
l: oatmeal and a diet soda
d: chicken breast w/greek seasoning
s: another peter rabbit organic pouch-pumpkin this time!

total calories are under 500! I also plan on us going to the gym! We went last night and I felt so much better and slept so much better than I have been in the last week! Gym is definitely a good thing!

What are you eating?

Today will be zero calorie beverages all day, no food needed.

I did that Saturday and was perfectly fine, even happy with if. I was nervous by yesterday's UD to see an even bigger bounce, but I had a smaller than usual bounce so I'm good to go for today as well. If need be ill make some broth later but other than that, fast!

Probably just water and coke zero all day and then some lentil or minestrone soup for dinner.

I'm thinking coffee and tea all day, and then 2 sausage patties for dinner. They're already cooked and ready to heat up, and it'll give me a high fat DD, which really seem to help. And will counteract yesterday's delicious albeit carby/sugary UD!

9:00 Coffee, Quest protein bar
1:00 2 Sl. turkey bacon, 1 LF cheese stick, broth
5:00 Chocolate whey protein shake, 1 Tbsp. peanut powder

30 min. exercise on recumbent bike before dinner shake.
500 Cals. @ 150.5 ~ after MD Sun. 1000 & UD Sat. 1500

B. COFFEE- lemon drink - dash of salt- teaspoon of real sugar to a quart of water.
L. Broth as need throughout the afternoon.
D. big lettuce salad- tuna- egg

Workout : 30 min swim

9pm snack before bed: greek yogurt with cocoa 120

B: decaf with 2 Tbsp heavy cream & 3 Tbsp egg beaters with some drops of vanilla and 3 packets Truvia (135) (mock egg nog latte)

L: hard-boiled egg (60)

D: protein powder with unsweet.vanilla almond milk and 1 cp kale (140)

Attempting no food until late afternoon again, more to detox from yesterday's UUAD than anything else

B: coffee with sugar free creamer (60 calories)
L: Zevia soda, beef bouillon soup (20 calories)

HB Egg, white only
Scandinavian Crispbread with peanut and marshmallow spread
beef broth
salad with Walden Farms dressing
flavored gelatin
