Wednesday DD food plans
 
Today is a crazy busy day-starting with my daughter's IEP meeting, errands, getting house ready for company, walking club tonight etc. I think I'm just going to make up a batch of hard boiled eggs and grab them when I need them-goal is to stay at or below 350 calories today :)

My newest discovery is 1/2 package Trader Joe Pumpkin Ravioli with 1.5 T brown butter Sage sauce and 1T Parmesan Cheese - 400 cal on the nose. That and a salad for lunch and I am golden for DD. Hooray!

Does anyone have any idea about the nutritional content in bone broth? How many calories to count per cup?

I have a colonoscopy scheduled for tomorrow morning, so only clear liquids today.

It seems so much easier than when I had to do this 10 years ago and it had me so worried and scared about not being able to eat for a day.

chicken broth w 1 chicken thigh. Maybe some cabbage.

2:00 Vanilla whey protein shake & 1/4C pumpkin puree & spices
6:00. 2 Sl. Turkey bacon, 1 LF string cheese

:yummy: 500 Cals. @ 151 lbs.

Eeh... Have had a bit of a bad morning... Tried to convince myself to make 12/12/12 an UD (it is something to celebrate, right?!?!) but I haven't given in... yet.

It is only 2:00 pm here and I am out of calories for the day... Lunch was not too satisfying and I keep thinking of cupcakes...

LCL, you sound just like me with the cupcakes bit. I LOVE me some cupcakes! Luckily I don't have enough time to bake them frequently, otherwise I would be in trouble!

In other news, my DD took a different course - I had a bag of pretzels (170 calories) instead of my cucumber and popcorn. Free at work, I couldn't resist :)

Tomorrow's another darn MD to change up rotations. I don't like them, but I guess the only alternative is 2 UDs in a row, and that makes me nervous.
