Same here. I was PMSing and ate all my allowed calories by 11 AM, so I decided to make it a UUAD. I think consumed about 3500 cal today and stopped counting after 2000 So looking forward to DD tomorrow.

UD a fun 5! I made adjustments to my almond flour pina colada muffins, turned them into blueberry muffins can't tell which I like better.
Also had a beautiful salad with sweet butter lettuce, turkey, fried onions, cheddar, olives and balsalmic tomato basil vinaigrette.
Not sure what's for dinner and I'm not too hungry, maybe left-over roast beef and green beans.

My up day today was about a 2. I have gone over again by over 300 calories and had 2 chocolate bars - at one point I was very close to having number 3 but stopped myself once I knew I was 300+ over. TOTM is due within the next week so I'm craving all sorts, nothing to do with hunger just being greedy ... because of all this I'm not looking forward to my down day tomorrow. I hope it goes quickly.

UD 2. I need together control of them! They are worse than have ever been!! Like atleast 600 cal over on the last 3. Different life things happening this past week but still the excuses need to stop! My next UD WILL be 1800 or less!!

I'm right there with you Truffles. Felt great earlier today, but then went WAAAYY over calories at dinner out again...now not so great because I feel like I have a bowling ball in my stomach.
I'm ending it at a 2. and will brace myself for the weigh in tomorrow. Need a good DD or 4 to get back on track!

Todays up day has been a 3, 4 and 5! I stayed in control and stuck to my allowance set by the JUDDD calculator, I had a little bit of what I fancy (chocolate and pizza yum) and once all my cals were gone was happy to finish for the day.

I have been continuing to go way over on most of my up days, most would call them UUAD's. I entered my new weight stats in the calculator and now I'm at just over 1900 on an up instead of 2030 when I first started. Most up days I have been WAY over, by way over I mean having almost an extra 1000 calories . Now I'm not complaining as such because even though I've been having lots of UUAD's I've still lost just over 21 lb on JUDDD... but last week was my first week that I saw a gain, it was only half a lb but and it might have just been water retention but still I do feel I need to get my up days in control either way and I'm going to try my hardest to do that.

My UD has been 5, I think. I usually go over my calories by 100 or 200, but not fretting, it seems to be what my body needs right now.

Stir-fry with broccoli/steak
Snacking/grazing the rest of the day:
nuts, almonds
chocolate
some potato chips

Mine was about a 4. I didn't go over, but then again I was short by almost 500 cals. No appetite to speak of.

Now if only this would happen on a DD, I'd be set lol.

I would say a 5! walked 9+ miles, finished 150 can below the limit, had my Five Seed Almond Bar treats (to die for) with my afternoon tea. Done for the day by 7:00 pm. Tomorrow is a different day!
