Mine is going great so far -- give it a 4.5.
Hard boiled egg salad with avocado for breakfast. Homemade soup (ham, potatoes, carrots, celery and delicious broth) with some green peppers on the side for crunch. Wanted bread, but no... I decided I don't really like plain avocado so I need to find a good receipt for guacomole! |

So good! I'm eating lots of fat to hopefully help tomorrow's dd be better than yesterday's. I enjoyed bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and I'm just enjoying the relaxed day.

Well, I have had a bag of chips and Reeses cups.
Including coffee this morning, I am at 500 calories. Hope to have some more healthy choices as the day goes on. Probably getting Wendy's chili for lunch. No clue about supper yet. |

Will say a 4. Good, healthy eating; no chocolates or wine; and my first ever counted UD. Came in at 1750, which works for my numbers.
Remembered that I had given up confectionary in the summer, pre-JUDDD and reckon that's why I had no major cravings back then. Am going sugar-free til my twinnies' birthday later in the month. Hopefully, it'll help get me back on track. |

Ended up only snacking throughout the day, caramel popcorn, bubblegum, cheese crackers...Do Not do as I do.
I'm making taco casserole for supper though. Should be good, with some healthy veggies too. |

Today so far is good, I think - mainly because most of what I've eaten is homemade by my dh and I'm not sure what he put into it. A fantastic pork stew that changes everyday as he keeps adding things to it. , but, it's good!!![]() Did have Wendys chili at lunch but the rest is just a guess. I'm sure I'll meet my quoto, just not sure how far over!

WF, I read that avocados lend themselves well to chocolate, of all things. You can make chocolate pudding with them, using cocoa powder and sugar (or sweetener of choice). It doesn't sound good, but people swear it's awesome.

I love avocadoes..I'll have to try the pudding....one thing I have tried is to use chocolate protein powder and an egg mixed in a big cup and baked in the microwave...not sure what else was in it..there is a recipe on youtube for it. It was a pretty good brownie.

All in all, I'd give today a 5. Ate very little that was 'healthy', but I'm stuffed to the gills and wayyyy under my UD limit, which is good since I'll be up for about 6 more hours and will want a snack (or drink) later.

Awww, am I the only one on an UD today? Mine is a 5, but most are
. Made oopsie rolls for the first time today, they turned out pretty good, ate them with ham and swiss. Going to make a big chef salad for dinner, pepperoni included Not sure what tomorrow will bring, supposed to be DD but have plans out of town, may fast until dinner like usual and then try and just keep calories lower than I normally would. |

Had a really good UD. Very satisfying, but I still went over 100 calories. Blame it on the candy for dessert. Boy will I be glad when all the goodies are gone. It takes a lot longer to eat them up when I can only have them EOD! Possibly also blame it on TOM any day now. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's DD. It'll be a bacon day for me!

Thurs and Friday ended up being DD's, so today is UP. Just was not hungry yesterday, what's up with that???!!!!! Love JUDDD and the freedom to adjust things according to what's happening each day.
I'm wondering if resveratrol is having this effect. I started taking it Tuesday, I think, and just haven't had the appetite I usually do. This is very very strange for me!!! but I'll take it. Probably another reason I haven't been so obsessed with food is that with the new year determination, I am very dedicated to losing down to a weight that starts with ONE. I haven't weighed 199 or less since before my first daughter was born. I think every other year I have had the same goal, but never really believed so wholeheartedly that I could actually achieve it. With JUDDD I have that extra ray of hope that I need to see me actually doing it. Amazing! So today is UD and so far I've had steel cut oats with coconut milk, slice of cantalope, Fibre One bar. Way more carbs than I usually eat So I'll avoid them the rest of the day. For dinner I will have a big green salad with ranch dressing and a baked pork chop. I made some LC brownies with almond flour and will have one for dessert with a scoop of Breyers carbsmart ice cream.

I enjoyed a Danish pastry and a soya coffee before the cinema. Argo, very good.
Tonight I cooked a Haggis, squash mashed potatoes and beans/peas. Whiskey cream sauce too. My half of a bottle of red wine. I love JUDDD |

Pumpkin apple wine is right up my alley!! How was it?
Today my UD is a 2. It is the one day a month (during TOM) where I am bloated and don't want to eat AT ALL. Perfect for a DD, unfortunately it is the one day a week DBF and I have the day off and dinner planned for my brothers birthday at a Teppanyaki/Hibachi restaurant. I will see where the day takes me. I hope I can shake this bloat and enjoy eating today. On the plus side, as soon as this leaves it usually takes a little weight with it! ![]()

I am excited about my day! 5
I have had a chicken thigh that was calling me last night when I made DHs meal. (It was a PDD for me.) Planning a soya coffee shortly. Then this evening, DH is taking me to The Savoy Hotel for a pre theatre dinner deal. Followed by 'Cabaret' at the Savoy Theatre. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

3-4-5 all in ONE! Not fair huh.
Little anxious. I've had Tastiest home made trail mix. Just what ever I have dry that's around at the time of the Frenzy. dry corn, cranberry, raisin, walnuts. Yum. 300 at least. Lunch lite I hope. d. Home made spinach, mushroom, cheese pizza. Since its my bd, I've begged dh not to bring in a cake. I've sweeten it enough over nov-dec. He seemed to get it, smile. |

Blabbermouth!!!

So far it is a 5. I had 2 eggs and coffee with HWC and it is after 12 now and I haven't eaten lunch yet. Why you ask? Are you ready for this? I hate the big E word BUT I did a walking tape in my office even though I was hungry since I have read to exercise on an empty stomach. I did a whole mile. Now for me that is an accomplishment since I Hate Hate Hate to exercise. BUT I DID IT.
I won't ecrcise after I get home since I have so many outdoor chores to do so I decided to try walking a mile in my office before lunch everyday. Day #1 is done. Now off to enjoy my baked potato lunch.
