Starving DD today. Started with yogurt at a biz breakfast and ending tonight at a biz holiday party. No wine for me, unfortunately and I have to stay away from the food.

I actually wound up having a can of chicken and rice soup-100 calories.
Started getting a bad headache and it seems to be related to sodium? I don't know if that's possible, but the soup is helping. |

1st DD Day today
Hi Everyone,
Its my first DD day ever today. Its not horrible, but not totally awesome either. LOL! I've had so far B- 1/4 cup cottage cheese with a few melon pieces 100 cals L- Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice Soup- 180 Cal D- will be a vitamuffin pizza - 190 cal And lots and lots of water. I'm hungry today. A bit lightheaded, however, I think its because its new. I'm drinking 0 cal vitamin water too, just in case. I keep repeating to myself, tomorrow I can eat, tomorrow I can eat, tomorrow I can eat...LOL Katina |

Congratulations on your first DD, Katina!! You have the mantra down, lol! The first week is more difficult, DD's usually get easier. Especially, when the scale moves in the right direction!!
HIYE - hope your headache is getting better. Congrats on sticking with your UD calories! This is what I struggle with most - I thought I'd struggle more with DD's, but the self limiting nature makes them easier I guess. Congratulations on your loss, Lumina! Also, for sticking with the program for a week!! My DD is going pretty good, a little hungry but not too much. Keeping the calorie count under 200, as usual - with my regular stand-by's: Scandinavian crispbread with various Walden Farms spreads - currently groovin' on marshmallow (despite the negative reports, I love it, guess I can't taste some note other folks are picking up) with a tad of the no calorie peanutbutter (which is icky alone, blech, but blends surprisingly well with the marshmallow). Coffee - adore this even more with the lower temperatures. Mango/Peach gelatin gummies Boiled egg - white only Bone broth Lettuce with Walden Farms ginger dressing
