HELP WANTED- Happy dd hang over?

OK kids
As of now being two weeks into the woe eating for me again.
I'm finding following a 500ish dd diet.
I have great feelings of joy with my empty stomach the next morning.
I'm asking for help in giving that feeling a name.
Those who know this feeling chime in please.
Those who don't no the good feeling of having empty stomach - post a limited amount of food.
BE patient - YOU WILL!
So how about ideas?
Happy hang over wish for u.
No Alcohol or drugs involved.
Just fasting.
Way cool.
I did wake too early this morning 4am. Felt I had the HH already feeling.
Got up and drank some electrolyte potion. Back to sleep in a flash.
The electrolyte mixture in my Ace in the hole.

Yes Ei! That empty stomach feeling is really great! I have no idea how to name it, because it's different than a hungry feeling. It's an empty, flat stomach, un-bloated, light feeling. Happy.

I think we'd better stick with your HH day! I like it! I'm feeling it right now, with nothing but coffee in me. Although TOM has my stomach feeling not-so-flat, if you know what I mean!

Definitely have had that DD "buzz" sort of feeling, so to speak. Many, many, many times. I can only describe it as a flat empty belly, quiet GI system, calm, extremely clear-headed, alert, generally positive-all-around feeling. It's usually accompanied by a huge increase in energy and the strange need to dive into random neglected projects or tasks and chores that really needed to be done but were previously abandoned due to not being in the mood to do them, or having a 200% productive work day. Those are my 5 star rated DDs.

I'm liking the sound of that HH.

Im having an HH day today ..cleaned my house this morning, been teaching all day. Pants slipped on perfectly - feel so light and happpy!

I named it the DD High or DDH.

I felt like I was on speed today. I wish I could bottle that feeling and give it to myself any DD I'm having trouble.

EE, what electrolyte are you drinking and how many calories?
