UD Monday
Hey Guys! I didn't see one so I figured I'd post. I'm starting off my week on an UP day! Woot! Here goes: B: scrambled eggs w/pepperoni and 2 slices of toast-w/coffee and water-pretty high calorie breakfast-521 (approx) l: tea and a super v capri sun-80 calories (approx) d: turkey burgers w/fries! 425 calories (approx) s: cinnamon toast -318 calories (maybe?) total: about 1,334 Today is grocery day so I'll stock up on good DD foods! I've put back on too much weight by being lazy so I need to kick this into gear! Oh and GYM DAY! WOOT!

B - coffee with HWC, oat bran L - baked potato with lowfat sour cream and salsa D - will have to see There is a chocolate cake in the breakroom but I am so not interested. Yay UD!
B: flax/whey pancake w sugar free syrup, two slices bacon, coffee with half n half (400 calories) L: two hot dogs (300 calories) S: mini lemon bundt cake with lemon mascarpone mousse (500 calories) D: chicken stir-fry (400 calories) Leaves me with about 300 to play with. Sure I'll find a way to eat those calories somehow ![]() |

Ur name gives me snickerings every time I see it. Please tell me how u came up with that name? I love it! UD! 11:20am I'm still buzzing without food. But drinking my E water. L. Apple, peanut butter, raisins. Shot of 2% milk 500 calories of my best simple foods. D. Beef 200 c baked potato very dressed=200 Lesueur can peas 150 for me. a serving is 60 calories just wrong! 1,000. Need other things. What ever else closes me to 1,600. I'm happy. (Popcorn?) I can see it. |

Homemade creamy tomato bacon and onion soup Not sure about dinner, maybe chef salad or grilled chicken and salad I'll whip up a shake or popcorn if I need more calories |

L: 3 egg cooked in 1 Tbl butter with 5 oz spinach 360 cal D: 8 oz haddock fried in butter with garlic powder, 6 oz baked butternut squash, 3 cups lettuce with cucumber, celery and 1 Tbl EVOO 566 cal total 1566 cal/23 gr carbs |
