d: turkey burgers w/fries! 425 calories (approx)
s: cinnamon toast -318 calories (maybe?)
total: about 1,334
Today is grocery day so I'll stock up on good DD foods! I've put back on too much weight by being lazy so I need to kick this into gear! Oh and GYM DAY! WOOT!
B - coffee with HWC, oat bran
L - baked potato with lowfat sour cream and salsa
D - will have to see
There is a chocolate cake in the breakroom but I am so not interested. Strange for me although if it were carrot cake I might just have to indulge.
B- 2 cups of cantaloupe and a cupcake (350)
L - tuna salad on lettuce with spray dressing and an orange (250)
S- pop chips (150)
D- not sure yet but will have about 1000 cals
B: flax/whey pancake w sugar free syrup, two slices bacon, coffee with half n half (400 calories)
L: two hot dogs (300 calories)
S: mini lemon bundt cake with lemon mascarpone mousse (500 calories)
D: chicken stir-fry (400 calories)
Leaves me with about 300 to play with. Sure I'll find a way to eat those calories somehow ;)

D: 8 oz haddock fried in butter with garlic powder, 6 oz baked butternut squash, 3 cups lettuce with cucumber, celery and 1 Tbl EVOO 566 cal
total 1566 cal/23 gr carbs
Just coffee with a bit of sf peppermint mocha creamer for breaks; chili at Wendy's with small fries (got a large and left 1/4 of it, too stuffed); few mini chocolate mints for snack; dinner is chicken enchiladas (still in oven); might have birthday cake at my mom's in a bit...it IS her bday. ;)
