When waking this morning at 6, early for me on Saturday. Truthfully also M-S.
My knees weren't complaining to much.
First realized my stomach was feeling empty as 33 gallon barrow hollow clean.
By then I was wide awake.
Another visual concerning my stomach, it was like a empty basket ball court.
It felt great really!
I'm going to call that feeling, which I hope to have happen to me often.
MY hang over from a GREAT DD.
I did slid in at 505 calories for yesterday's dd.
Side affect for me of waking up early like that, I ate my first meal of the day- lunch at 8 am. Yikes.
I have to grab hold of my senses.
Buffet dinning tonight..
The buffet cookies are sooo good. I plan to pass on dessert tonight. Won't look their way. It's best...

I also love that 'empty' feeling after a great DD. Feeels soooo good and light! -- esp with the energy that comes with it!
