Well, whatever she's doing, I'm not going to pick it apart.
It works for her and she is healing.

She is GF for the most part so there are many treats that are not in her sites. But she eats what she wants on UD and, as I've said before, if some event comes on DD, she eats w/in her range (and drinks).
