DD Thursday ~ What's the plan?

I have to find a Wendy's in my area! Chili sounds delish!
When I was on JUDDD in the past I ate Hormel Completes chili... I think it was under 300 calories for the whole tray. I will have to look into that for these cold days. I am having: B: 2 slices of bacon and a hard boiled egg (Oh, and a cup of diet Swiss Miss) L: hard boiled egg, diet ginger ale D: progresso soup |

I had an ounce of thin-sliced deli chicken breast with 1/2 ounce of cheddar on it, rolled up.
Rest of day/calories will be hb eggs. |
I was freezing today-- finally got that under control.. And my 3 day headache is still here, woo.
That said :p Not a bad DD :) B: no L: um, no S: 2 triangles of lite cheese (50) and a miso soup (30) D: not sure, probably chicken, maybe some lettuce. might have an apple? I'm very undecided today. I am planning my DDs while Im on my business trip next week-- Sunday, Tuesday (though I have to go out for dinner with the team), Thursday. I have a kitchen in my hotel room, so I can do just about what I do here, I hope. :) S. |
