UD Thursday - what's the plan?
 
Well, since today IS actually Thursday, nice to have my days right. But I admit, when I woke, my first thought was...oh it's FRIDAY! I must be really messed up this week! :lol:

B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast, ham 400c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - salad with chicken, cottage cheese, dressing 270c
D - GF chicken pot pie and something to get to where I need to be, which for ME is never, ever a problem!

goal, around 1900c!

I'm coming off of two days of potatoes and eating other food seems weird right now lol. I've had one deviled egg so far-made two but I couldn't eat the second one. Now my stomach is making really weird noises :confused: It's weird because all's I could think about last night was being able to eat normal food today and now that it's here food sounds :sick:


lunch-might splurge and go to taco bell
supper-fish
snacks-bbq almonds

eta: I had no idea Taco Bell could be so calorie friendly! I just went on their website and fresco style hard shell tacos, which I like to begin with, only have 140 calories a piece! And their hot/mild sauces are 0 calories. I think I'm going to go there for lunch and get three fresco tacos for 420 calories :) Might splurge and get an order of cinnamon twists too, for 170 calories. My breakfast egg was around 100 calories and a fish supper will be low calorie, so I need to have a big lunch lol. What a crazy diet, where I have to find more food to make my calorie requirements-love JUDDD!!!

B: 5 low-carb snickerdoodle cookies (had a hell of a time making these last night and not tasting them!) 395 calories
2 cups coffee with half n half 80 calories

L: 5 meatballs with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese: 800 calories

D: chicken & broccoli in soy sauce: 350 calories

S: simply lite chocolate, 2 squares: 80 calories

This is the first UD I'm going to actually track my calories and make sure I don't go over 2000.

B - 1 oz macadamia nuts (230), 1 fat bomb (95)
L - Not sure, craving eggs...2 eggs, 2 toast w/vegemite, butter (807)
D - steak, broccoli/cauliflower (577)
S - 4 mugs tea w/FF half-n-half (90)

Total: 1799 (short by 333 cals). I'll think of something.

Very disgruntled to find out my local TB does not have the fresca style tacos :mad: Ended up going all out with two soft chicken tacos and a nachos supreme, for a whopping 770 calories. Wild thing is I'm still short for the day, if I go ahead with fish for supper :stars: I bought salad fixings at the store so I'll do a big salad with the fish and will probably still come in a bit short, but hopefully not too bad!

Sara, that means you have spare Calories for either WINE or CHOCOLATE, whichever is your "go to"! :D

L. Left over homemade quiche with crust, plus bell peppers , lettuce = 500 ish cal.
D. 1,1000 to work with.
Maybe okra that we froze from our garden lots of calories- fried n oil. Breaded with flour- good stuff.
And broiled Fish
That should work for UD.

Added an extra egg, a large shallot, and about 1/2 C of shredded cheddar to the eggs. YUM.

Up to 1844 (I think ****** miscalculated earlier, because it seems like it should be a lot more). Still aiming for about 150-200 more somewhere.
