Start Date: A new start 1/1/14
Yeah I'm another one who puts off eating as long as I can. Usually I have an egg and 2 pieces of bacon around 2 or 3 p.m. but today I'm just going to have the egg, then when I feel hungry again, the bacon. I'll have some chicken broth and SF jello in the evening if I need it. I want to find the right foods for me and stick with them on DD's.

I really want to lose as much as possible before xmas but I'm not going to stress about it. We are having a family dinner here on the 23rd because that is when all our kids, grandkids etc can make it. I want to enjoy it and not worry about the scales.
