UD Tuesday - what's the plan?
B - 2 eggs, toast and swiss cheese
S - protein granola bar
L - stuffed chicken and green beans
D - GF Chicken pot pie with tons of veggies
Popcorn or chocolate as needed ! ;)
B - 2 mini crullers (560)
L - possibly a bit of braunschweiger on bread (340)
D - falafel wrap with pickled red onion, tomato, and tzatziki (~1175, hard to estimate)
S - tea w/FF half-n-half (30)
B - hash browns with ketchup
L - cold boiled potatoes. salsa
D - might have some more pretend cream of potato soup
I'll have to come up with 210 extra somewhere.
Hmmm, I think I was just complaining last week about not being able to get to my UD calories. At my best calculations, I'm just over 1900. Whoops! LOL! (I'm supposed to be at 18XX, if I recall correctly)
guess I've figured it out. ;)
