Tuesday DD - menus
I haven't eaten anything yet-- it's almost 2pm and I'm just having some water now. I was out and about, and just forgot.
Have a headache and am not super hungry.

Was thinking of the potato thing, or maybe just a normal DD dinner of chicken and veggies.

Also considering going from my 500 to say 450? My DD for my weight should be around 440, but I've never really tried for that level consistently. maybe I should...

MD for me, changing my rotation. I'm allowed 1118 calories for MD

B: 1 C FF Greek yogurt w/Mio, black coffee (125)
L: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, iced tea (420)
D: Chili? (210)

That puts me at 755. May stop there if I'm not hungry, may add, or may have wine. :D

I'm having a hard time deciding what to do today for my DD! Potato day? High fat day? Just regular old day with whatever fits? Can't decide, but I'm going to have to right quick, because my tum's growling and it's lunchtime.

B: Coffee w/FF cocoa (30)
L: Maybe chicken broth with Salsa/Queso melted in? Apple?
D: I have no idea!

I'd like to keep my calories at around 430, which are my calculated DD allotment at my current weight. We shall see...

1) yay, I'll be on the same rotation as Dawn (for 2 days, till I do a MD on friday so I can be on track for all my activities next week and beyond) :)

2) LCG-- we're about the same height and weight and age (+/- 4 in age/weight). Do you usually stick to under 400+?

:) S.

I haven't until recently, and when I feel I need to, I still go up to 500ish. But I have slowed down a bit in the last month or so. Slowed, not stalled. And there has been Thanksgiving and Bday, so I don't want to over-react and adjust my UD calories just yet, but I thought lowering DD calories, where possible, might help a little. It's scary to restrict more. I mean 70 calories can buy you a lot of satisfaction on a DD, done correctly!:stars:

I hear ya.
I'm not sure where I'm at-- given my vacation, I was up a lot. I'm back doing good rotations, but some of my UDs were quite up, and/or what I was eating impacts me as well (more vs fewer carbs). So I'm not sure I can say yet whether I need to leave the 2000/500 zone.

I figure I'll hold steady through Dec, and then I think I have all of January with no travel, so I can assess then.
(she says, mostly to herself)...

Potatoes, most with just salt, last one with mint sauce.

Demonica 12-04-2012 04:26 PM

for Lunch/supper, tilapia with tartar sauce (195)
Breakfast was coffee with creamer (30)

I have decided it is too hard to actually plan out what I eat the night before a DD. My tastes change from day to day. I just figure the calories in what sounds yummy and go from there.:dunno:

TryingJudd 12-04-2012 04:32 PM

B- 4 prunes, quite a yummy treat (60)
L - wendy's chili w hot sauce and 4 saltines (265)
S - clementine (35) and a magic pop (15)
D - planning shirataki noodles with ratatouille and a parmesan sprinkle (~100)

475 total - very hungry DD. I usually try to do lower cal but today it was just not happening.

KeirasMom 12-04-2012 08:01 PM

So I wasn't hungry for dinner. I had 85 g of sugar snap peas, 1 T bolthouse farms dressing, and a garlic breadstick.

Total for my MD = 698 calories. :dunno:
