Two UD's in a row?
 
I don't remember what Dr. Johnson said in his book, but I was wondering if anyone has done two UD's in a row.

There are times when I have two days off in a row, and I find it difficult to do DD's when I'm home. There are also times when it is unavoidable; i.e., I will be eating out on a Thursday which is normally a DD for me. I don't know if I can manage two down days in a row (Tuesday AND Wednesday) before changing Thursday to an UD.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Two UD in a row is just fine! You can also do a MD and then a UD. The only thing is to expect (maybe) a slower loss. This WOE is so versatile, you can adjust it to work for you any way you want.

And I agree ..2 DD is not fun and not worth it :)

I've done it several times, as needed or when EMERGENCY can't function DD's happen!

I actually do two up days every week. Every Friday and Saturday. It didn't/doesn't affect my loss at all. (and I definitely eat every single one of my calories!) lol

Thanks for the reassurance on this. I'm invited to friends' homes for dinner on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I've been worrying about how both of those will probably have to be up days. Good to know that JUDDD can handle that, no problem. :D

Thanks, everybody! I really can't do two days in a row of 500 calories anymore. It's odd because I lost the bulk of my weight eating 500 calories per day on hCG, once doing 6 weeks! of hCG, eating 500 calories per day, but I just can't do it anymore.

I think the idea of MD's appeals to me--I can eat low calorie for breakfast and lunch before the event dinner.

I restarted JUDDD on December 1st! I hope I can keep with it this time.:aprayer:
