UD Monday - food plan
we had a heckuva weekend-- finally getting back to normal with some sleep (DH had to work Saturday night! :( I wound up staying up till about 5am also). sigh.
B: I ate everything I saw.

I'm at about 900 cal no (stupid half n half... I was too lazy to get the almond milk).
Now, I have to wait till dinner, but that shouldn't be too bad. Not sure what to have for dinner though
I came in right at 2090-- had some convinience foods (shepherds pie made with cauliflower! how cool is that to find at the supermarket? and some lower fat lasagna)-- for about 1000, and had room for some 85% chocolate.
I'm totally satiated... looking forward to some good DDs coming up, feeling inspired by Dawn and Carly, and I really want to get some losses going!
I'm with you Soren, I want to get those losses going again! I have to make hay before mid month, because that's TOM that can stall me a week or two, and then of course Christmas/New Years. I really want to see a new decade before all that happens!
B: Coffee w/HWC & sweetener, 2.5 oz peanut butter
S: 1 Hershey's Kiss and 1 Trader Joe's salted caramel
L: Just over 2 oz extra sharp cheddar cheese (so busy I didn't eat lunch until after 4:00!
D: Vodka Gimlet, chipotle chicken breast, zucchini/eggplant/diced tomatoes
D: Pumpkin bread
I'll be happy to get to 240 or just below by the end of the month. I have a business trip next week, followed by my birthday brunch. Then the festivities... But I'm determined.
