I finished November @ 186.1 so December goal is 180.

Dec 1: 188.5 Big bounce. Sick kiddie yest so lots of carby food-on-the-go

Hi gang, one of the Maintainers who are going into WLM for this month. I have been seeing 128 too often in November.

My goal is to see 126 or under for most of the month. After my first Potato DD yesterday I weighed in at :

After yesterday's DD turned into an MD I hope to get back on track. Finished november at 49.5Kg (108.9lbs). Goal is to weigh less by the end of the month (if the Christmas holliday, my bday and NYE allow me to!). :aprayer:

Ended Nov. on 224, just looking to get back to my low of 223 and then maintain for the month. I am happy to have lost 60 pounds this year and will get back to weight loss in the new year. I will keep up my new exercise regime though so I don't feel like I am slipping back into my old ways!

Hi Everyone! My December goal is to get back down to my previous maintenance range of under 150 again. My start weight is higher than I hope my true weight is as I had every flavour of chips that I like last night :o

December Goal : To lose 5 pounds and get into the 150s (eee that would be amazing - a number I havn't seen in years!)

Lots of challenges this month -- my birthday is tomorrow, plus 3 more family members birthdays, christmas, new years and tons of holiday parties ! I generally gain around 10 pounds every year from the holidays. Can't wait to see how JUDDD woe goes through! ULTIMATE CHALLENGE if I must add.

Ideal world goal: BMI less than 40 by the end of the year (225). December fun back-up goal (anniversary, Christmas, parties, travel, oh my!): maintain. Or anything in between. :D My plan is to make the days when I don't have events really good ones and add extra exercise.

12/1 - DD - 233.3 - challenge #1 ... DH's work Christmas dinner party on DD. I don't think the food will be special enough to change rotations, so plan is to fast until then and choose wisely.

I'm aiming high too, Sphongle. :) I started to aim for 185, but that's only 6 lbs. I believe I'll be at 191 tomorrow. :) I've lost 6 in two weeks, so I hope I can lose 11 in 4 wks.:aprayer:
