Ended November at a new low of 156lbs. December goal-to get into the 140s

12/1 MD 157.5 Ended up being a MD, after a spur of the moment supper out. Fazolis has 400 calorie pasta entrees so it worked out ok

12/4 PD 158 Doing the potato hack for the next four days, so hopefully that will get me back on track!

Hoping to have a good DD today. I over ate yesterday. I've been trying to do 1800 on UD and 500 on DD. I overdid it do much yesterday that I'm actually looking forward to today. Hoping by the weekend and tom gone I'll see better results on the scale.

Hi gang, one of the Maintainers who are going into WLM for this month. I have been seeing 128 too often in November.

My goal is to see 126 or under for most of the month. After my first Potato DD yesterday I weighed in at :

PDD = Potaoto Down Day, 300 cals

Dec 2 PDD : 128.2

December goal is to get back down to my previous maintenance range of under 150 again. My start weight is higher than I hope my true weight is as I had every flavour of chips that I like last night
12/01 DD 156.0
12/02 UD 154.8 started potato hack
12/03 DD 151.8 obviously a bit of water weight gone! ate 350 cals of potatoes/no fat. PDD (Potato Down Day)
12/04 MD 151.0 worked out to approx 800 cals of potatoes, couldn't eat to UD calories due to lack of appetite.
12/05 MD 149.2 1 more day of potatoes and then back to JUDDD

No-decided to pause my JUDDD rotation for four days, (yesterday-Friday), and just eat potatoes when I'm hungry-no counting/weighing etc. Yesterday I ended up eating 1 russet, 3 small reds and 1 white potato, plus a bit of ketchup/spices, and then 2 cans diet soda, lots of water, and two cups diet hot cocoa.

Thanks -sounds like a plan! I'm thinking of a Potato Day today because TOM is lurking and LATE and I feel like crap! I'm all bloated Maybe a good Potato Day will help?

Can't hurt to try The big thing, from reading the gazillion posts over at ***, is to not eat any fat on the day/s you eat your potatoes. Something about this triggers your body to burn your stored fat. There's a lot of science stuff about why this happens that's way over my head, but I just know it's working and that's good enough for me

I had read also to drink at least 12 glasses of water while doing a PD? Well, here goes my experiment! Hopefully TOM shows up and I lose some of this BLOAT

Ideal world goal: BMI less than 40 by the end of the year (225). December fun back-up goal (anniversary, Christmas, parties, travel, oh my!): maintain. Or anything in between. My plan is to make the days when I don't have events really good ones and add extra exercise.

12/1 - MD - 233.3 - challenge #1 ... DH's work Christmas dinner party on DD. I don't think the food will be special enough to change rotations, so plan is to fast until then and choose wisely.
12/2 - UD - 232.6
12/3 - DD - 233.1 - been a little loosy goosy lately ... committing to a great DD today!
12/4 - UD - 231.5
12/5 - DD - 231.5
