I was shocked to see the same low number this morning, since yesterday ended up being an UD instead of the last day of my meat/egg fast. We ended up doing a pizza run at 9pm and I had several pieces of cheese pizza, right before going to bed I expected a big bounce today-wild Today kicks off the holiday craziness for me-today will be a UUAD, tomorrow will be a MD/UD (not going to track calories), and M/T will both be UDs. I've decided to just not worry about it and enjoy the next few days Next Wednesday I'll have a solid DD and get back on track with my rotations.

I won't be online a lot over the next few days, so I hope everyone has a great Christmas

I responded about your loss in the NSV thread. I think you're making progress, even if it's slow. 3 pounds in 3 weeks is nothing to sneeze at, even though I know you've been stalled for a couple months.

Ideal world goal: BMI less than 40 by the end of the year (225). December fun back-up goal (anniversary, Christmas, parties, travel, oh my!): maintain. Or anything in between. My plan is to make the days when I don't have events really good ones and add extra exercise. 2078/416.

12/1 - MD - 233.3 - challenge #1 ... DH's work Christmas dinner party on DD. I don't think the food will be special enough to change rotations, so plan is to fast until then and choose wisely.

TryingJUDDD - I've seen so many threads about people gaining (or retaining) weight from exercize, likely from muscle tissue holding onto fluid as it heals from the exertion. I have to agree with Flutter -- pretty sure something very good is happening in spite of the scale numbers.

I'm just catching up after a couple of weeks off and I'm so impressed with what I've read here. I think you're all amazing to be sticking with it and doing so well at this time of year.

I'm just relieved to have maintained through a very busy and stressful time and I know that being accountable here has helped tremendously!

Well I am back from my hols and feel like I have put on loads!! DD today and will weigh in tomorrow....finished Nov at 226 so would like to get to 220 in Dec. Would love to get to 219 really but dont know how achievable that will be with Christmas!

Dec 4th after 10 ud's and 1 dd...229...quite pleased with that tbh...
Dec 5th after UD...229..maybe a little whoosh tomorrow?

Dec 7th after UD...totally forgot to WI, got to work and realised! (no brain at the mo).
