Well I have had an interesting experience. since the 16th I have basically pigged out daily. I had enough of dieting and decided I just want to relax and enjoy my holidays for petes sake. I know I will regret this later. However I decided to weigh myself anyways. Oddly enough I noticed I haven't had huge bounces except after the holiday party. My theory is I think I must be super sensitive to salt. These past few days I have over indulges in carbs and sweets, cookies, cereal, bread etc. I am also amazed that I am not gaining a lot of wt. I thought every day I would be adding on at least 1 or 2 pounds. Unless my body feels carbed up and thus no major bounces.... Don't understand what is going on.

For example when I go on vacation I usually come back with at least 5-6 pounds of bloat but I also eat in restaurants a lot and eat a lot of high sodium foods in addition to carbs.


Stats:
12/2 173.5 DD potato only day , about 700 cals no fat, waist 35 bloated
12/3 170.5 UD lost 3lbs! regular up day foods about 2000 cals (bloat wt loss)
12/4 170.0 DD lost .5 lbs!!! had several bm's yesterday? no headache pDD 700 cals potatoes only, +++
12/5 168.5 UD lost 1.5lb last of the bloat weight 1800 cals
12/6 169.0 DD gain .5lb after up day, ate 700 cals potatoes only
12/7 168.0 UD lost 1 lb, cals 2000, +
12/8 168.5 UD gain .5, waist 33 dinner at wendy's
12/9 170.0 UD gain 1.5, water wt,
12/10 170.5 DD into UD gai ,ate unexpected spanish food for dinner, under 3000 cal?
12/11 171.5 PDD gain 1 lb, 700 cals
12/12 169.5 UD lost 2 lbs of bloat, about 2500 cals
12/13 170.5 DD bounce from ud, 30 min workout + 800 cals
12/14 168.5 UD lost 2 lbs.. 30 min.
12/15 169 uuad went to holiday party ate too much
12/16 172.5 ud wow back up again, ate about 1200 cal
12/17 171 uuad I can't beleive I lost wt! but ate a lot again, (restaurant food & alcohol drink)

SOOO tired of the 180's and so tired of not losing. I am essentially where I was in September still. Yes, I have had some good and bad days but according to ****** my average daily calories are in the 1100 range. How can I not be losing??? Looks like I may have to average under 1000 cals a day to actually get some scale movement and not sure I can sustain that. Ugh. Really tired of this. Maybe 2013 will be my year. Q4 2012 was a total bust and I have no idea why.

I do love seeing everyone else's positive moves though - congrats to all!
