I came really close to eating my total UD calories allowed for the first time yesterday and there wasn't a huge bounce up today. Yay!

I'm also noticing that lately after every UD, there is a downward trend on weight. Hoping this is a sign that the magic is kicking in and I'll be a new low in the very near future.

Ideal world goal: BMI less than 40 by the end of the year (225). December fun back-up goal (anniversary, Christmas, parties, travel, oh my!): maintain. Or anything in between. My plan is to make the days when I don't have events really good ones and add extra exercise. 2078/416.

12/1 - MD - 233.3 - challenge #1 ... DH's work Christmas dinner party on DD. I don't think the food will be special enough to change rotations, so plan is to fast until then and choose wisely.

^^Thanks, JBs! I had to weigh twice -- I thought my scale had broken. I'm losing (water?) so fast I'm getting leg and foot cramps.....just like Induction. Trying to keep up with my supplements and fluids, but I can't seem to get ahead of it.

Of course, as soon as I say that we have the holiday party at work.. it was supposed to be an UD today, but I need a DD on Friday, so I've been stuck trying to figure out how to change rotations. I think I ate between MD-UD calories, so I'm thinking another MD tomorrow (Thursday) and then a DD on Friday?
