I'm new (well.. not new.. i guess i could say 'back' but i never really posted before so... lol) and jumping in! I've decided my body really, really likes JUDDD. I'm mad I ever stopped, as my metabolism has been pretty messed up by all the things I've done. Hope I can join in on the fun!

So.. Starting weight! : 190.2 Goal for December: 179 (back into just overweight)

To be honest, it was really a way of helping me stay on track with JUDDD, but if my LDLs reduce too, that's a bonus!

Plan for month was to get back to my low of 223 and then maintain for the month. I have had way too many UDs (or UUADs!) but really not doing that badly! I am managing at least 2 DDs a week which is keeping me within reach of my low weight. I think that with Christmas week coming up and being off work for 2 weeks I am likely to end the month up a few pounds. The great thing about JUDDD is that it all feels very controlled - that I am making choices both good & bad rather than being pulled along by food! Staying LC most of the time helps me.

I am happy to have lost 60 pounds this year but really need to get back to weight loss in the new year. Exercise regime has been not great for the last week due to work pressures but looking to get back this week.

12/01 - 224 UD (after a DD that turned into at best a MD)
12/02 - 227 UD
12/03 - 226.5 UD (dinner out for work!)
12/07 - 231 DD (Dinner out for work / pleasure twice this week)
12/08 - 227 UD
12/09 - 228 UD

Thanks, ladies! I can't remember how to quote multiple people, eek, but thank you for the support!! I thought I had an ambitious goal, too, lol!! I'm SO thrilled, because I haven't seen 208 since before I got pregnant with my twins, so I wanted to reach it before the end of the year. They are 19 months old now, so it's about time! When I hit 199, I'm throwing myself a party, lol! I haven't been 1-anything since high school!!

I see a lot of parties ahead for this group..I really do...I finally can understand that it's going to be a process..not all up or all down..and I can deal with that..honestly, I am feeling so much better..physically and mentally...I did have my Dr appt. today....he was so busy..he didn't pay much attention to my weight loss...so I thought...well..that's ok..I'm not doing it for him..I'm doing it for me..and maybe after 25 or 30 lbs..he may say...good job..or maybe not...and it does not matter at all...he's like a lot of people..just busy..I'm back to trying to get thru the holiday without gaining...tomorrow we go deep sea fishing, and I don't think that's going to increase my appetite..since I don't really want to go.I'm just doing it to be a good sport...Keep up the good work, you're all doing just great, IMO.
