Hi gang, one of the Maintainers who are going into WLM for this month. I have been seeing 128 too often in November.

My goal is to see 126 or under for most of the month. After my first Potato DD yesterday I weighed in at :

PDD = Potato Down Day, 300 cals

Dec 2 PDD : 128.2
Dec 3 UD : 126.4
Dec 4 PDD : 128

Dec 6 DD : 127.8 That was interesting I had 3 glasses of wine and one potato... not the way to get your 5 a day.

Hello Everyone ,

I thought I should join this thread because I am finding that reporting my weight daily on another thread has been very useful. Everyone here is doing great!

Here's my quick back ground. I lost 60 lbs with HCG. Was doing well until May of this year. Got a bad cold then had several trips and no time or just no discipline to do juddd and I gained 20 lbs!! Lesson learned... should have hopped back into rotations after my trips. So I am finally back on track. What helped me is by including potatoes in my diet. Helps with cravings and hunger. If you want more information check out the "a DD hack" thread.

Stats:
12/2 173.5 DD potato only day , about 700 cals no fat, waist 35 bloated
12/3 170.5 UD lost 3lbs! regular up day foods about 2000 cals (bloat wt loss)
12/4 170.0 DD lost .5 lbs!!! had several bm's yesterday? no headache pDD 700 cals potatoes only, +++
12/5 168.5 UD lost 1.5lb last of the bloat weight 1800 cals
12/6 169.0 DD gain .5lb after up day, ate 700 cals potatoes only
12/7 168.0 UD lost 1 lb, cals 2000, +
12/8 168.5 UD gain .5, waist 33 dinner at wendy's
12/9 170.0 UD gain 1.5, water wt,
12/10 170.5 DD into UD gai ,ate unexpected spanish food for dinner, under 3000 cal?
12/11 171.5 PDD gain 1 lb, 700 cals
12/12 169.5 UD lost 2 lbs of bloat, about 2500 cals
12/13 170.5 DD bounce from ud, 30 min workout + 800 cals
12/14 168.5 UD lost 2 lbs.. 30 min.

I have been having really bad carb/sugar binges at night right before bed!! Today I feel so nauseous and full from not digesting my food from last night. December is such a hectic month for me -- I've changed my goal to maintain this month since focusing on weight loss during such a busy/festive month is stressing me out. I am also going to start focusing on real foods and cutting out the junk for a while until I feel in control again

December goal is to get back down to my previous maintenance range of under 150 again. My start weight is higher than I hope my true weight is as I had every flavour of chips that I like last night

12/10 - UD 1140 - 142.0 (Was so full...couldn't eat another bite)
12/11 - DD 255 - 143.2 (Not a huge bounce up!)
12/12 - UD 1250 - 142.0 (So happy with this!)
12/13 - DD 270 - 143.4
12/14 - UD (?) - 142.8

Ideal world goal: BMI less than 40 by the end of the year (225). December fun back-up goal (anniversary, Christmas, parties, travel, oh my!): maintain. Or anything in between. My plan is to make the days when I don't have events really good ones and add extra exercise.

12/1 - MD - 233.3 - challenge #1 ... DH's work Christmas dinner party on DD. I don't think the food will be special enough to change rotations, so plan is to fast until then and choose wisely.
12/2 - UD - 232.6
12/3 - DD - 233.1 - been a little loosy goosy lately ... committing to a great DD today!
12/4 - UD - 231.5
12/5 - DD - 231.5
12/6 - UD - 230.2
12/7 - DD - 231.5 - hip hop aerobics (first exercise of the month, oops )
12/8 - UD - 228.6
12/9 - PDD - 231.3 - 748 - potato-only cals. (Higher than normal DD cals).
12/10 - PUD - 228.9 - 1840 - potato calories. (Lower than normal UD cals).
12/11 - PDD - 229.1 - 600 -Last potato day.
12/12 - UD - 227.3 - glad potato days are over. Tonight, anniversary dinner, not counting cals Predicting big bounce tomorrow and ok with that!
12/13 - DD - 230.4 - and there it is.
12/14 - UD - 229.3 - feeling bloat-y.

Looks like the WHOOSH fairy is working over time this week! Congrats everybody who's had a visit so far!

I won't be weighing in again officially until tomorrow, after my 3rd DD this week...but I'm already down 5 lbs. since restarting on Mon. Most likely it was just extra water weight that I had been hanging onto, since I hadn't had TTOM for the past 2 mos. until last week, but I'll claim it anyway.

Keep on keeping on all, trust the process & remember it's all about progress not perfection!

12/11 - 245.5 - DD - at 8 pm i was at 400 calories by midnight I dug a can of frosting out of the cupboard and was eating it on crackers...it didn't even taste good...what is wrong with me...sigh... from 10 pm -2 am I have no control. I have to figure this out if I am ever going to lose this weight.
12/12 - 245.5 - UD- starting a series of potato days tomorrow...maybe that will help, we will see
12/13 - 246 - potato/cabbage day...straight potat day tomorrow
