I'm "normal"
 

Yup! As of this morning I dipped into "normal" range!!!!!!
Hum... normal still feels pudgy, but much, much, better than morbidly obese felt:D

We had a thread about New Years Non Scale Goals and that was mine. To get to "normal" which for me was 136 and a BMI of 25 or under! I am still holding 135.7 tonight after an UD which included some donut holes and some chinese food- 2 things I rarely eat 'cause I don't really care for them, but UDs allow for such things and so I indulged.

I could not have done this with out the support of my dear JUDDD Buds. I don't know if you all know how much you mean to me and that I carry you all in my mind throughout my hectic and crazy days. I never thought I could feel so close to and care so much for people I have never "met".

Several months ago something weird happened and I called my daughter in tears saying " I just want to be normal" she said "Do you know anyone who is normal?" Now I can tell her I do know someone who is normal . Again Congrats.
