So it does have 7 gr of fat??? Interesting, amazing that it worked for me!
The golden crinkles are the only crispy frozen fries that I have ever made. The key is to have your oven on 400 or higher and leave them in for at least 8 min. My grandsons think this is the best treat ever! With much more ketchup than I like, of course! |

I could live on fries! Of course, my favorite accompaniments are malt vinegar and good tartar sauce (not the sweet kind). I'm guessing tartar would be a major no-no...still, I may try the crinkle fries and see what it does.

I totally loved the 9 days of PH that I did. I am very happy to have lost 4kg/8.8lbs.
One unexpected side effect was that my gluten intolerance has increased DRAMATICALLY! It used to take time for the stomach pain to kick in after eating gluten, now I can be halfway through a piece of bread and I'm doubling over in pain. So I'm calling that a positive, always wanted to get off gluten. So now I'm ready to start my gluten free, lowcarb JUDDD induction |

I was going to try this after the new year, but, my eating got out of control with all these temptations...
and I figured what the heck or hack in this case... I finished day 4 yesterday. This "hack" stopped my annual food frenzy right in its tracks...I am soooooo surprised by this... It is hard to explain...I feel a little hungry yet very full at the same time...Of course I love feeling full because it reminds me I have eaten.I am so glad I didn't wait to try this, I'm sure I would have been up a few pounds. I was coming off today but I so like the feeling of not being cukoo hungry, I might do another day... I feel back in control...amazing. Quote:

One more small bit of info... I had the temp too low, because I do use a convection oven, so at 400, I was close to the same as 450.
Directions Preheat gas grill to medium (450° - 500° F). Line aluminum foil pan with crumpled quick-release foil. Place frozen product in a single layer in pan; place pan on grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes with the lid closed; turn product & cook for 5-10 additional minutes. If temperature drops below 450° F, increase cooking time. Increasing burner setting may cause burning. Okay, on their own site it says only 4.5 gr of fat??? Serving Size 84g Calories 120 Fat 4 1/2g Sodium 290mg Carbs 19g

yes I am hanging out to do a 3-4 day hack again, just struggling at the moment to find 3 days in a row with out some sort of 'party/visitor'. And, I want to let me skin heal. It's finally going down, thank god. I am sorta having a PDD today because its easy

Hi everyone. I would like to share my experience the last 3 days with you.
I started Judd the beginning of last week. I have done it before and know it really works BUT only if I keep UD calories in check and keep sugar out of my meals. So I saw this hack on Friday and thought Potatos I love them but do not eat them. Decided to start Friday eve DD with 250 calories.. Over the weekend I worked. The office was filled to the top with everything u can possibly think of to eat and I had NO desire to eat it!!!! Calories over weekend were 800-1200 Here what I noticed 1. Once I eat the potato I kinda feel full but really want to eat more. It takes a good hour to settle down my hunger or feeling of wanting to eat 2 I do get real hunger pains though out the day but they do pass. I really want to eat when it hits. It does pass but takes a while. 3 I struggle with the blues my mood has been fantastic!! Just a happy feeling 4. Weight loss 3 days 3 pounds and I have seen a low I have not seen in a while 5 easy no thinking at all involved. That alone has decreased my stress level 6 breath is up and kicking yuk!! So I would say it was a success just before Xmas. What I would like to do is cycle it in with Juddd for about a week and c what happens. I would have to really concentrate on eating enough calories on up day but then I would be looking at those hunger pains I need to get through.

Hey Jodi! Sounds like you and potatoes have a possible future together. I was a little confused about your after-holiday plans, are you thinking of regular UDs and PDDs?
Don't completely panic about the hunger - it is very likely that will change as your body adapts. |

I can do the DD just fine. It is UD that I struggle with. I believe my high was 1200. My next hack I will concentrate on getting more in on UD. If I could add fat or even protein to this, I could hit my numbers on UD.
I never had hunger pangs until late evening. I usually just drank a cup of broth and it helped. I really like the way this hack works. Also, thinking about doing this from 26-29. ![]() |

sunday--on UD's, what about having potatoes during the day and a protein/fat/veg dnner? some of the MDA folks were doing that with success--
Starting after xmas I am thinking of going back to JUDDD and doing potato hack on my UDs and having some protein on my DD's. Just short term-- |

@Sunday, that's what I did again yesterday..... protein in the am (whey protein powder in my coffee, 30g protein)....wait four hours, then two meals of potatoes/malt vinegar fairly close together...... then at bedtime (four hours after last potato) another 20g whey powder in my evening caffeine-free tea. BAM! down 2 pounds this am. Best DD stats ever for me. It was a bit of a struggle, but I managed it. Also had some miracle noodles with the potatoes and some ff chicken broth and spices. Total calories were just shy of 500.
I continue to be perplexed by the lovely potato.
