DD Monday Menu
B: Coffee and water
l: 2 eggs scrambled (140 calories)
d: glass of milk and a slice of toast (192)
I'm trying to get back on track here and eat as little as I can get away with on my DDs. We will probably hit the gym later so I will definitely want a little snack before, but I'll keep it lean.
LOTS of water today too! I've been slacking on that! :o

Gym first thing.
Homemade mushroom soup spaced through the rest of the day, around 150. Cals.
May have a coffee out, that will add 75.
Much needed down day here....plus I am a bit under the weather. Throat is RAW ! At least I made it through the Holiday weekend without feeling sick!
Goal is 500-600c for the day!

a little freaked. developed sore throat etc on thanksgiving, lived over the weekend on tea with honey and a few crackers. thank you sugars. My weight is up 4 pounds. My calories weren't excessive. sigh

This is my first DD. I have 467 to use today...

L: 1 cup of fat free greek yogurt and a few strawberries
D: maybe a morningstar veggie patty on a sandwich thin bun with mustard....
Clementines or popcorn for snack if calories allow
a fresh JUDDD start, this time trying to do shakes on my DDs.
B - Coffee w/tbsp of HWC and Torani
L - Whey protein smoothie
D - Coffee w/tbsp of HWC and Torani, or another whey protein smoothie if I really need it.
Haven't posted in while, but with a 4 pound bounce after Thanksgiving/Anniversary/dd's bday celebrations, I need to keep track for this week.

l: 1/2 can Progresso lite santa fe chicken soup, salad with broc/caulif/ff dressing
Lots of lemon water on tap today. Had ham yesterday and it was very salty.
I'm up after my sushi blowout on Friday :p, and still need to lose all my vacation pounds ( #notcomplaining)
B: mug of black tea (trying to avoid psycho-land!)
L: some sliced beets
D: fish and salad
maybe some raspberries
will come in around 550 or so.
