DD Monday Menu

B: Coffee and water l: 2 eggs scrambled (140 calories) d: glass of milk and a slice of toast (192) I'm trying to get back on track here and eat as little as I can get away with on my DDs. We will probably hit the gym later so I will definitely want a little snack before, but I'll keep it lean. LOTS of water today too! I've been slacking on that! :o |

Homemade mushroom soup spaced through the rest of the day, around 150. Cals. May have a coffee out, that will add 75. |
Much needed down day here....plus I am a bit under the weather. Throat is RAW ! At least I made it through the Holiday weekend without feeling sick!

hot water a little freaked. developed sore throat etc on thanksgiving, lived over the weekend on tea with honey and a few crackers. thank you sugars. My weight is up 4 pounds. My calories weren't excessive. sigh |

Haven't posted in while, but with a 4 pound bounce after Thanksgiving/Anniversary/dd's bday celebrations, I need to keep track for this week.
