I love JUDDD!
DH & I went to Yosemite last week, when I left, I was 155.5.
All our days there we hiked and biked around the park, started the day with breakfast and ended each day with a full dinner at the lodge. We came back the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I made the traditional carb fest for Thanksgiving, had leftovers Friday and got on the scale Saturday, I was 158.5. Had a great DD yesterday, today, I'm 156. That is utterly amazing to me!!! |

I was so afraid I would be in the 160's again when I got back, this is so wonderful. :D Granted, we did skip lunches because we were having such a great time hiking and playing outdoors, but our early dinners usually included wine & dessert. Now if I could just get myself into a similar routine here at home, in terms of exercising. I just don't have the same beautiful landscapes trails to inspire me. Walking along side cars and traffic just isn't the same.
