DD Saturday - what's on your menu?
B: Coffee w/SF vanilla creamer & sweetener (45)
L: Chicken broth with salsa con queso (45)
D: Turkey breast, brocolli (348)
I had to go out to a cousin's for a bit of social time, so I did the following:
b: nada-- dentist
L: finally had a mug of chocolate chili chai tea
D: ok, I haven't done the count on this yet, but: some green salad that had some raisins in it, some sort of vinaigrette on it but not heavily dressed.
1T of israeli couscous (that's the fat one)
1 tiny slider-sized burger, no bun (155?)
1.5 squares of 2x2" lasagna (estimating at 2.5" x 4") - 336.
Snack: 1 miso soup (35 cal)
(ok, just looked stuff up, not too bad, counts above).
So around 600 or so. I mentally allowed up to 700, so even if I'm off, I'm still ok.
I just need more water, totally didn't drink enough today.
So far, I've had:
Coffee with half&half (63)
Scandinavian Bran Crips with Walden Farms Apricot spread (12)
for a total of 75 calories.
Hubby is cooking a turkey, will have a couple of ounces of that later today, and probably some lettuce for about another 100 calories.

Rice Cake (35)
I haven't the slightest idea what, when, or if I'll eat later. Maybe soup? A bit of green bean casserole?
