UD Friday - menus
So, I was thinking that today would be another quiet day, but then thought, maybe some people are enjoying 2 UDs with Thanksgiving (or more ;)
Anyhoo, here I am-- down another 2lbs from YESTERDAY :jumpjoy:
I had a great DD yesterday, went under my cals even :D but I was totally loopy from the black tea...DH threatened to take it away!
So, I wonder if that's what helped (revved my metabolism) and if we, as a couple, can tolerate too many more days like that (read: super manic) :confused:
B: not sure yet. Might skip, or just have some butter and LOW caffeine iced tea, to keep the fast going.
L: maybe tuna, or salami and cheese.
D: I'm going to try out that whole wheat pasta, so I need to figure out what to put in it. Probably sausage...
not sure about anything yet, will report back later :)
