I DID IT!!!
For the very first time, probably since high school, I have honestly arrived at my goal weight!!! I have tried many different diet plans in my life, but JUDDD is the only one that I found I could easily stick with, not get obsessed with food, and it kept on working for me. My metabolism had been totally stalled and I felt I would never lose weight again. Here I am, almost 80 pounds lighter and feeling on top of the world. I am actually tired of people telling me how good I look, something I never thought I would be saying! Many people ask me how I did it and I tell them about JUDDD, but always preface it with the statement that it worked for me, but everybody must find their own path. I found JUDDD on this site, as I had been using Atkins in the past. Thank heaven I made the break and took a chance on something different. I will be seeing my entire family in just a few days at a surprise party in Texas and I am almost dreading all the comments I will be getting--at least they will be about something positive! I think what makes it work for me is the 'I can eat tomorrow' philosophy. (I admit I keep dreaming I am going to wake up and the weight will be back.) If I choose to wear tight pants I can fit into a size 8, which at 5'8" for me sounds like an utter impossibility. I started out at an 18/20. My energy level is tremendous, I have no more knee pains and I have stayed utterly and totally healthy this entire year. When something works, it works.

WOOP! WOOP! WOOP! You give me hope today!!! I've been kind of maintaining but also enjoying eating and a business trip. I've been getting a lot of compliments too on weight loss but have really only dropped maybe 8 lbs. Hoping to be close to goal by summer and with JUDDD I believe that I can  Do you have before and after pics you could share? Fantastic job!!! |
