I had a craving for a mint chocolate shake...limited holiday milkshake at a few fast food restaurants around here...looked at nutrition info for Sonic's Peppermint Mocha Shake...1770 calories for the large!!! Good lord, it would be like a DD, lmao! One meal and you're done.

OMG isn't it awesome!!! I made chocolate chip cookies to send to my DS at school and I ate a couple....my automatic instinct at first was guilt....then I remembered it was an UD and it was "ok" :sing:

I'm finding that because I "can have anything" on an UD that I either do not require as much to satisfy the taste, or that when I do sit down to something I've been wanting that sometimes it isn't all that great and end up throwing it out.. I love finding out that I CAN control my food and CAN be picky and not eat to just eat.
