UD Tuesday - what's the plan?
B - 2 eggs, brat and toast
L - pulled pork salad S - protein granola bar D - finish up the pulled pork, mashed potatos, WINE?? Not sure Goal 1900ish calories! |
Early morning snack (ugh) - animal crackers & nutella
B- bagel w/ cream cheese, hot cocoa L - Chicken wrap D - casein shake. |
B: Black coffee, Quest bar
L: Santa Fe turkey burger, no cheese, + jalapenos, iced tea D: Lamb, mint jelly, risotto or quinoa, baked sweet potato, artisan French bread with light butter (I'm out of regular) Wine: I'm also out. May have to go to the store and get real butter and wine! |
My first UD...planning DD was easier in my opioion:hyst:
B: 1-egg cheese omelet w/1 T HWC, onion, salsa L: not sure yet...been promising DS's to go to Arby's...so, side salad & roast beef off of a sandwich? D: pizza at my mom's house (haven't had pizza since March...may chicken out & just do toppings) S: S/F cherry Jell-O S/F lemonade/iced tea all day |
b organic carrot juice/greek yogurt/vanilla stevia/ hemp protein drink with supplements
l might be a bean and cheese burrito d grassfed beef meatcake, salad, maybe some leftover lentil puree make the marshmallows for Thanksgiving!!! got the cornbread made last night so it can dry out for stuffing. |

I just made chocolate chip cookie bars and I can't believe I get to eat one, guilt free! Oh how I love JUDDD :love:

I had a craving for a mint chocolate shake...limited holiday milkshake at a few fast food restaurants around here...looked at nutrition info for Sonic's Peppermint Mocha Shake...1770 calories for the large!!! Good lord, it would be like a DD, lmao! One meal and you're done.

I'm finding that because I "can have anything" on an UD that I either do not require as much to satisfy the taste, or that when I do sit down to something I've been wanting that sometimes it isn't all that great and end up throwing it out.. I love finding out that I CAN control my food and CAN be picky and not eat to just eat. :up: |
