What's your DD food plan for Monday?

I have a crazy busy morning planned. I'm glad it's a DD because I'm not even going to have time to eat today

mini portions today-1-2 hours apart

shake
chicken broth
pickle
2 cups diet hot cocoa; one with davinci raspberry syrup and cool whip (my evening indulgence )
toasted slimwich bread with light cheese spread
raspberry, coconut chocolate pudding

370 calories

I am not sure, to be honest. I am planning on fasting until dinner again bc I seem to get hungrier when I eat something. Probably ff Greek yogurt and blackberries if needed at that point.

It's my go-to DD lunch. Easy, cheap, filling, and low calorie. Meets all my DD criteria.

Well, today ended up being a MD I got soooo hungry this afternoon, (maybe pms ). Just ate a big taco salad with flax seed for bulk, and I'll end the day at around 1,000 calories. I haven't had a MD yet so I guess I was due. Bummer though, not looking forward to the scale tomorrow!

Just had salad greens with a bit of salsa and a piece of lite Bonbel.
Going to have Kale salad later, trying "massaging" the greens per ATK video recently on FB.

First dd back! (this fasting thing isn't as hard as I once made it out to be....who knew?!)

And then workout (679) - which puts me at a negative 393 for the day. I'm not bothered by the negative number, but, next time I will definitely add in a casein shake before bed, as it's now 3 a.m. and i'm awake because i'm starving
