Supplements and JUDD

I was a bad girl and realized I had forgotten to take my multi for about....... oh lets say a week. Well I remembered to take one this morning and remembered that I had bought a few new supplements a week or so ago... so this morning I took: 1 multi, 1 fish oil, 1 D3, 1 green tea extract, and one capsicum, and 1 super enzymall.

The multi and D3 are once a day, the Fish oil are twice a day, the capsicum, GTE, and enzymall are 3 times a day... hope I remember to take them all LOL. We'll see if they GTE and capsicum do any good... they are supposed to help your body release more fat from their cells... so we'll see!

So does anyone else take any supplements while doing JUDD? I see a few people go the resveratrol route... is it worth it?

Edited to add:

Okay, so when they say capsicum is a thermogenic, they mean it! Lol.. my insides are starting to feel pretty toasty lol. But definitely in a good way!

I take ppterostilbene and resvertrol everyday.

I take magnesium/calcium/zinc here and there and
L-Carnitine even less often.

I don't take any fish oils or any supplements with calories- can't justify it.

I'm only going to take the fish oil on UD's... the other ones don't have any as far as I am aware.

I take a multi, D3, CQ10 every day. Fish oil when I remember to. I plan to start pterostilbene and resveratrol sometime soon.

I'm rotating my supplements based on my UDs and my DDs. On my UDs I take a D3, fish oil, magnesium, probiotic (but I'm phasing this one out), and a CLA supplement that also includes flax seed and grapefruit oil extract. Plus a baby aspirin (dr's orders). On my DD's I'm just taking the CLA supplement and the baby aspirin.

My fish oil supps happened to fall within my DD calories, so I took them. Also, capsicum is a funny supplement... it makes you feel like a radiator! My skin doesn't feel any warmer, but my insides do!

I take a multi and a calcium/D3 combo. Other than my thyroid and beta-blocker, that's it.

Melatonin before bed, and playing around with a topical Cortisol control supplement, which seems to have a profound effect on certain types of fat that are accumulated due to stress
