Saturday DD--It's the Weekend Baby! What are you eating?

I don't think a thread has been started today, so here goes!

B- 2 cups of coffee, 4 T SF creamer - 60 cals

L - 1 piece of light toast, spray butter - 45 cals
1 boiled egg, 1 T sour cream, 2 olives - 110 cals

Total so far: 219

So far I've had 2 slices of toasted slimwhich bread with light cheese spread
1 cup diet cocoa with splenda
1 20 ounce diet coke
2 Hebrew national 97% fat free hot dogs with spicy mustard and I splurged on some ketchup
lots of water
=240 calories

Yet today-
bowl of light potatoe, bacon and cheese soup
bowl of chicken broth

and then maybe a new pudding recipe (with coconut milk), if I have time to make it

Aiming to come in at around 400 calories today

I plan to make broccoli soup tonight. One serving is 88 cals. I also have room for a coconut fruit bar, after dinner...before bed.

In the interim, I would like to take a few snacks to the movie for 100 cals.

L- 2 magic pops w 3 oz lox, a bit of FF cream cheese and a sliced cucumber (130)
S- slice of raisin challah (65- but heavenly)

Not sure about later. I have about 200 cals to play with and did 5.5 miles on the dreadmill this morning. Heading to the movies too Librarygirl. I will chew sf gum.

Just ate the broccoli soup and it was scrumptious. I forgot to add the skim milk, so it was even less calories than I had thought. Did not miss it. I did add a T of sour cream, and added crumbled bacon on bf's portion. He loved it too. I can have a fruit bar and still come in at just over 500. It's been a good DD.

100 calorie popcorn
1 fudge pop 40 cal
1 open faced sandwich 55 cal
4 jalapenos with FF cream cheese 50 cal
1 more fudge pop 40
285 total
Debating what to do with my last 115 calories... for a total of 400 calories.

I ate a subway salad which came up to about 210 calories and about 1/4-1/2 a packet of ranch which was about 75-150 calories (I eyeballed it), 1/8 cup sunflower seeds (60 calories) and 3 baby dill pickles (0 calories?)

So my total for the day is about 345-420? Anyways, it was a very productive DD!

I have pickle spears that are half of a whole pickle and each one is 10 calories, and they're pretty big!

mine where baby dills, so they were pretty small... but again, the jar said 0 calories. I am going to take that with a grain of salt. I think the USDA allows anything under 4 calories to be considered 0... so maybe 12 calories....
