DD Friday - what are you eating?

B: Coffee w/SF vanilla creamer (30)
L: FF greek yogurt and baby carrots (115)
D: Salmon patty, apple (244)

That's 389. If I can stick to this, great. If not, I'll add in another coffee or more veggies at dinner. We'll see....
