UD - Friday, what's the plan?

B - 2 eggs, cheese, toast
L - salad with chicken, tomato, sour cream
S - protein granola bar
D - pulled pork nachos and drinks! I should have about 1200c left for this...

It's FRIDAY everyone. Next weeks a really short work week, so life is GOOD!

Do any of you hit the floor on an UD STARVING and can't seem to get full?? This morning, I had an orange/cranberry muffin (a splurge, I know), Egg Beaters and 2 strips of bacon, and just now a 100 calorie Cottage Cheese Doubles. I have to add I get up at 4:15, so it has been spread out over 5 hours, but STILL! I understand that the carbs in the muffin would MAKE me hungry, but I also took a carb blocker when I ate the muffin to try to help minimize carb absorption. My intestines don't like carbs very much. Is this a common thing for anyone else? I have been on JUDDD for 7 weeks, and this is the worst I can remember.....for an UD!

b-cold, cooked bacon drizzled with Italian dressing, cubes of colby cheese 250ish calories

l-??? I might splurge and go out

s-we're bringing Pizza Hut to my in-laws. I don't care for their pizza but the old me would eat it just because it was there. But the new, improved me is bringing salad fixings to add to what my in-laws have and I'm going to make a huge chef salad

eta: After watching Fat Head again last night I'm craving McDonalds lol. I just spent a few minutes on their website and I think I'm going to get a double quarter pounder with cheese and a diet coke for lunch (no fries). It's 750 calories/42 carbs. That would leave a little over 700 calories for my chef salad supper I like keeping my carbs under 40, but I think I'll still come in under 60 for the day so it's all good

Go for volume HomeworkerMT - try a huge salad with low fat dressing for lunch or a filling veggie soup. Good luck!

Have to work all day so I was actually able to plan out a menu!

B- bacon and eggs with cheese and HWC. Coffee with pumpkin spice creamer
L- 1/4 C almonds, 2 string cheeses with ketchup to dip them in, tuna salad
D- cheeseburger, salad

DD's seem to play head games so even on an up day I tend to hold out before having food. I guess that will change with time...
B- coffee with 10% cream
L- Butter Chicken with red peppers, cauliflower, green peppers, and 1/4 chicken breast
D- Heading to Boston Pizza for a 60th bday party for my father-in-law, they have non breaded fried wings so I may get a side of them and a side of ceasar salad...I am trying to be strong but I guess we'll see!

Been grazing all day.

B-string cheese, coffee w/cream and sugar, grape tomatoes with LC cheese wedge, 2 pieces of Toblerone chocolate, yogurt, almonds (Good lord!) - 639

L- Might pick up a Lean Cuisine or Smart Ones

D-Cheeseburgers and baked fries...some red wine later.

Well, it's going to be more of an Up, Up day I got really hungry this afternoon and ate up quite a bit of calories. I now have 173 left for the day and still need to eat the chef salad. I'll omit cheese from it, but it will have ham, turkey, croutons, an egg, and pepperoni on it, plus different veggies and a small amount of ranch. Probably will be 300-400 calories. So, I'll have more of a 2,000 calorie day. I'm already working on my dd plan for tomorrow and I'm going to try and keep it at around 300 calories

That sounds do-able Sara. I'm working on mine too, and already feel anxious about not planning properly, lol. I don't want to feel like I did yesterday. I need to save more calories for the evening, so will keep that in mind.

Question: If you fast completely on DD's, does that mean you can eat 300-500 calories more on UD?

So for dinner I did the Boston Pizza thing and managed to stay pretty low carb. I had the french onion soup with no crutons, and I had the 7oz steak with seasoned veggies and a side ceasar. Was very yummy and I was stuffed. I find myself grazing alot more then I used to before JUDDD so I think that is something I am going to crack down on. My brain is telling me that I had better eat while I can!

I was at 639, then had 300 cal Lean Cuisine and 120 cal fruit bar...had small homemade hamburger (160), baby swiss cheese (80), bun (140), mayo (100), french fries (160) so at approx 1700, then had 2 glasses of wine, about 200 more...then 3 cups of coffee with lots of cream. I think I have had enough!
