Stats: Maintenance
WOE: JUDDD for WL/5:2 IF for maintenance
2 slices slimwich bread (toasted) with light cream cheese
2 cups diet hot cocoa
2 97% fat free Hebrew National hotdogs with mustard
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup Progresso light creamy potato with bacon and cheese soup
3-4 cans diet soda
aiming for 8 glasses of water, only have 3 in so far.

410 calories for the day

The slimwich bread was something I found at the bread outlet for .49/pkg and it's surprisingly good toasted! Good for when I need something with more bulk.

Hey Monica. I've noticed that you keep your DD calories a bit higher than norm. I'm curious as to why you started doing that, and if it's still working as well (as 500-)?

A cup of tea, a small cookie
Chicken curry with rice and chilli pickle.

410 cals.

Monica is in Maintenance, so trying not to lose!

I am also in Maintenance but I like higher UD cals than the Dr gives me, and as I quite enjoy DDs I generally aim for 500 or less. Judd allows us to work it.

Oh very nice. I hope I don't ask too many questions. I can't imagine trying not to lose. I think if I got below my goal and went down as low as 125 it would still be ok, if that were even possible.

No way, LG! You can't ask too many questions, especially in the beginning. Soon you'll be answering questions, because you'll be such a pro!

So doing the same today as my last DD as it worked well.
B&L- Sipping on a large coffee with 2 tsb 10% cream, and a splash of cookie dough s/f syrup
D- 3 cups romain, 1 small red pepper, 1 small green pepper, 1/2 can tuna, 2 tbs calorie wise greek feta dressing, 1 tbs ACV
S- Large coffee with 2 tbs 10% cream and splash of s/f cookie dough syrup

Water throughout the day also

Total calories are 349, 18% of recommended daily amount, Carbs 14 (net)

I really find by holding myself over with a coffee during the first part of the day keeps my hunger monster at bay also. Once I put food in my mouth my brain starts to tell my body how hungry I am when I think its more of a craving then actual hunger....My Belly is starting to feel a bit empty now so maybe a couple little rumbles but I plan to drink a big thing of water between now and dinner (which I will try to eat at 6pm, and its 3pm now so not much longer)

Ask away, that is what we all did. Even now after more than a year I am learning from all the wonderful women here.

Vanessa, great DD.

How do those fat free hotdogs taste?

I've had them. I think they're pretty good. The flavor is much like a regular beef hotdog, but they're much smaller and a bit denser. DH does NOT like them. I like them by themselves with just a little mustard.

I really like them. The skin is tougher so cutting them is a challenge-I end up just spearing them with my fork and eat it like a corn dog lol. With a bit of mustard I can't really taste the difference Each one is 45 calories, which I think is the lowest calorie option out there (from what I checked). And when I eat a hot dog it feels like I'm eating a 'real meal'-so a bit of a mind game for me

Well, I added whipped cream to my second hot cocoa, so my daily total is now 435 calories-lowest DD I've done so far
