UD food plans for Wednesday
What's your UD plan for today? I'm going to track my UD calories for the first time today
b- 3 slices bacon with Italian dressing 2 pieces toast with ICBNB spray (bread is a big splurge for me!) 2 eggs 448 calories So I have 1,285 calories left for the day-that seems like soooo many Lunch will be a 1/3rd lb burger topped with cheddar, bacon, mushrooms and tortilla strips. 585 calories Supper-taco salad? B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese 380c S - protein granola bar 190c L - chipotle 1000c D - baked potato or something small. Enjoy the calories girl, that's what an UP DAY is about!!!! |

Down another pounds this morning so a total of 3 pounds since last Thursday, not bad for a one month stall! So close to goal, only 9 pounds to go....
Hmmmm, had to fast for blood work so I scarfed down an Atkins bar at 10:30 and chugged a large coffee with cookie dough syrup and cream L- likley going to make a coconut flour pizza crust with all the fixins' D- Butter Chicken with broccoli, cauliflower rice, yellow and orange peppers S- Not sure yet but something yummy |

Back to strict rotations! Yesterday was my 1st DD in a long time and it felt AMAZING!
Todays UD Menu: B: 56g Bacon, 2 Fried Eggs, 115g Sauted Zucchini w/Parm, Coffee w/CO and HWC S: 1oz Cheddar, 1oz Ham, 1tbs Almond Butter L: 125g Romaine, 1 Can Tuna, Kens Ranch Dressing D: 3oz Smoked Salmon, 1.5tbs Cream Cheese, Dill Pickle Spear |

Done eating for the day and I think I actually may have gone over by just a bit
I factored in a serving of almonds, which I ended up skipping, but instead had two sugar free wafer cookies, an extra piece of bacon, and a handful of croutons (made from a local farm that makes the bread from scratch ). Plus I took all my supplements and I'm sure there's some calories with those. Just had my taco salad and I'm a bit unpleasantly full (the flax seed in it always makes me feel this way)-actually looking forward to a DD tomorrow ![]() |

Ack, I'm stuffed and haven't had dinner yet! It's only my first up day. I decided to add up cals so I had a ballpark of where I needed to be. I'm at 1100 and supposed to be just under 1900. BAHAHA (stuffed, I tell you!) I'm so used to low carbs and not splurging, I feel like I did horrible today, too. (and not home at all, so all fast food, ugh)
B: egg mcmuffin, coffee L: subway chicken salad, ff dressing S: starbucks skinny peppermint mocha, 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies I'm stuffed. Seriously. Dinner is supposed to be chicken & dumplings (350ish cals) I'll be about 1500 after that. (if I can make myself eat?) Of course, I feel like the scale should be bleeping and up 10# now, too!) OK, I should probably just post this on the newbie thread, huh? Sorry! <blush> |
