DD Wednesday ~ What's on your menu?
B: Black coffee (5)
L: Small chili w/habanero sauce and diet Coke (210)
D: 1 C spaghetti squash with Walden Farms marinara (42)
I may add a protein shake (84) if I can't scoot out early enough for lunch today. We're understaffed and have one of the bigwigs here.
I overslept and didn't get to do my C25K this morning, so I'll either do it tonight, or do it tomorrow morning.
B: Coffee w/HWC & sweetener (100)
L: Sauteed cabbage, LC Queso fresco & chipotle cheese and protein of undetermined category:hyst: (going shopping this morning and will see what I can find)
S: Maybe an apple
D: Rest of the cabbage, cheese and protein
This is the first I'm trying the cabbage thing. I've read so many of you swear by it, and I'm looking for more bulk today. Experimenting on whether that makes my DD a little easier.

Lots of water all morning
L - Green tea, green salad w/ 2 oz grilled chicken slices, EVOO and ACV
D - Not sure yet. Something with ground turkey. Maybe ground turkey w/ cooked cabbage and maybe a cup of FF Greek yogurt.
1/2 c yougurt coffee hwc
cilantro lime red pepper flake broth
B: coffee with sugar free vanilla creamer
D: salmon w/ veggies
S: sm greek yogurt
B: coffee w/sugar free swiss mocha (33)
L: Cabbage & Tomato Soup (40)
D: Not sure yet; but, maybe a bean & chicken soup I made for hubby(156)
Snacks if needed: Onion Soup or Miso or deli ham wrapped around sugar free bread & butter spears; but, no more than 400 calories.
My tummy is extra grumpy today! It's growled all day. I've tried to stay busy to ignore it. :dunno:

I didn't wind up making that yesterday. I was too tired after my shopping trip to cook anything, so I just ate 2 LC cheese wedges, an apple, and some cucumber. I'm really looking forward to trying it though. Sounds yummy!
