Your DD food plan for Tuesday?
It's my third DD today and I'm hoping it goes smoother than my first two! I'm going to try and save my calories for later in the day, plus break them up into several small portions of different things. Before I was still trying to do 'three meals' and it didn't work out very well. Maybe DD's work better with a grazing/snacking format? We'll see how it goes

I have had a cup of greek yogurt so far...about two sips of coffee this morning, which I dumped unceremoniously and I'm not counting it.
- 80Broccoli and baby carrots with yogurt dressing...101 2 slices of deli turkey, pickle spear, laughing cow cheese - 80 cucumber sliced with salt and pepper - 16 Supper: TBD--Chicken noodle soup (180 cals)... Total, approx 452...leaves room for maybe a coconut fruit bar (so yummy!!!) at 120 cals |

I'm thinking about turning my DD into a 40% day. I donate platelets tomorrow and haven't yet figured out if donating after a DD or UD is better.
So probably: NF Greek Yogurt with a beet salad I made (about 300 as the salad has olive oil) Pizza on whole grain tortilla with NF feta and deli sliced chicken breast (165) Repeat (165) Oatmeal, plain (100) 730 cals |

I'm having friends come for dinner, even though it's a down day, so I'm only eating dinner. Water and green tea before then. Dinner: Small serving of lean beef chili with a little sour cream, mixed raw vegetable salad with no dressing. Possibly a cup of tea or coffee with 1 T. cream before I go to bed. I think I can keep my food intake under 500 calories, so I will count this as a down day rather than a medium day.

Sill trying for high fat so my DD's are a little higher than the standard 500
220 cals of sausage (HEB chicken and poblano sausage) ; 100 cals chicken wings (2 wings sections) ; 100 cals heavy cream (2T) ; 120 cals macadamia oil (1T) ; 100 cals veggies (1 cup cabbage and 1.5 romaine lettuce hearts) Coffee and tea along with water |

B- Sipping on a couple coffees this morning, each with 1 tsp splenda and 1 tbs 10% cream 44 calories
L- Likely won't have this until between 2pm and 3pm, BPC (1 raw egg, .5 scoop whey, .5tbs butter) 186 calories D- Veggie Stir Fry (10 asparagus spears, 10 mushrooms, 1 medium red pepper, 2 tbs sodium reduced soy sauce) 145 calories Lots of water!!! Total calories 375 (puts me at exactly 20%) Total Carbs 21g (which almost all come from the veggies at dinner) I love the "light" feeling on a DD |

sara--I buy NOW protein powder and weigh out 50 calories worth. I put it in a blender bottle with a 1/2 packet of crystal lite and a tsp of glucomannan powder. When ready, I add water and shake. very filling for 50 cals.

L 3 grilled sardines, new potatoes, rocket salad, and some salsa. Diet coke. D S coffee with creamer Went to the pub for lunch but very pleased with my choice. Looks like it was around 400. |

It is 12:37pm now and I am trying to hold off as long as possible before my first bite of food. My stomach is making some loud noises so I'm thinking it may be sooner rather than later. It didn't help that I went grocery shopping today. Somebody remind me to NEVER go grocery shopping on a DD!!!
Lunch: tunafish with LC mayo 135 LC crackers 80 Dinner: open faced sandwich (55) with pretzels (100) or a chocolate covered banana (130) Trying to stay right at 400 calories today. I bought those cheddar cheese Magic POPS and they are just strange. I sampled them at the store. What do you put on them? |

I did really well today with sticking to my plan, except for a half piece of rogue bacon that jumped out of my fridge and attacked me while I was getting my vegetable soup out
I had 40 calories to spare of my 500 goal and hopefully the bacon didn't put me over!Almost 7pm and NO headache ![]() |

Good morning! I got so totally spoiled in October (my first day was the 17th) after losing *so* fast! But I looked at the weigh-ins and I am just normal now.
coffee w/ 1 egg and T of butter, lil bit of creamer (211) just water through lunch (busy work day makes that easier!) maybe a piece of light string cheese and a SF popsicle or 2 (70) Total: 281 |
