I've experimented with this high fat DD thing a couple of times and had a nice whoosh from it. I can't do this every DD. I think it would get too boring, plus sometimes there's just yummy food I can eat smaller amounts of on DDs that I want to have. But it's kind of a take on Nutritional Ketosis, or like an Atkins Fat Fast concept. If you're just starting out on JUDDD, I'm not sure it would be the way to go. I didn't try it until I was a month or so in. Some have great success with high fat, and others have problems. YMMV, I'm sure.

Thanks, that makes a certain kind of sense.
I'm sure I would want to try it too...but maybe after the scale starts moving, to the left. |
